The front counter was not helpful at all and frankly rude. We called and the lady was real snarky and said there was a link on the site and had to do the trial membership there. We went in to get a code intending to use it later in the week. We arrived and she said our code was only good for that day and nothing they could do. The entire time the tone and verbiage was like “why are you bothering me, go figure it out”.

I wish that management cared more about their memberships and not just “well, I support my team even though they’re rude to the women who come to studio red”. I have issues with my hip and although I love myself a good cycle class, the way that the windbike in the studio red class is designed hurts me, don’t you ever step out of line or go out of rotation because you will feel the wrath of Freddy! When complaining or asking for permission to do things like repeat one of the stations (please keep in mind we pay money to be a member here, we should be allowed to do this as long as there is enough machines, for everybody attending). We were told to get a membership at another gym???? is that your best level of customer service? Fall in line or get out? When complaining to Management they completely took the staff member’s side and completely dismissed the member’s concern. Do better, Vasa! Other members are too scared to come to your location because of all of the drama and crazy “beat you in the submission” attitude.Shame on you.

The amenities are clean and the equipment is new. One downside are the instructors in studio red don't seem to know what they're doing and are very quiet so it can be confusing as to what to do next- but maybe that's just cause the gym is so new. Everything else is good

I love it. Super clean and and you can find any exercise machine to keep and good shape your body. And all the staff it is super friendly.
