Walked in, saw how extremely busy it was and walked out. Of the 300 machines they have, 298 were being used. I'm surprised they haven't raised rates to help with crowding

This location is better than, the one on Federal. The associates here actually care about the guest and are very helpful when it comes to question and any assistance.

I had a tour of the place and I fell in love right away hoping that my first visit would be just as lovely as the tour. To my surprise it was and I'm so thankful I've choose to stay with vasa instead of going some place else.

I moved from Miami recently, and I can’t stress how much more organized this gym is compared to some back in FL. The front staff is nice and helpful, there’s plenty of equipment, and it has a sauna. Can’t beat it for the price.

Clean, modern equipment and pleasant staff. But it’s very difficult to get in a full workout due to the crowds — and especially the many people just sitting on machines and benches looking at their phones and not actually working. Today I finally gave up and went back to ChuzeFitness.

Honestly this location doesn’t even deserve a one star. This review is specifically for your pathetic joke of an employee Miller. One I don’t know what his problem is with being so arrogant and not approachable I don’t believe Miller understands what customer services is or has even heard the word customer service and if so, he definitely needs to be re-explained on the meaning. I’ve never had a problem with this gym. I’ve been here since the day that they opened. Recently within the last few months, this club has definitely gone downhill and deteriorated playing slow country music at 5 o’clock in the morning is no way to get anybody motivated. I tried asking Miller if there was a way that they could change the music… And his response no other words was "federal"? Clearly, he doesn’t know how to communicate either on top of his lack of customer service. So since I didn’t get an answer out of him, I went and told my husband who asked the front desk lady who she didn’t know what was going on either exaggerated and said that my husband yelled at her which he NEVER did. Like I said clubs going downhill you can’t even have somebody at the front that can handle a frustrated customer. My husband wrote down his phone number to talk to the store, manager, and Miller in the middle of his training session with his client, walked away, came up to us, and said he couldn’t read the phone number was extremely rude, and we told him to learn some customer service, where he proceeded to yell at us and of course, there was an exchange of words. The fact that he’s not a manager he’s just a trainer he should not have even been handling that especially while training a client. Miller is an absolute joke of a trainer and an employee. He has only gotten worse the longer he’s been there and to make matters worse when the store manager Nate did call us he had no empathy really didn’t seem to care. Didn't say sorry for what had happened (no customer service) said he would get back with us, and never did. Great to know that clearly the new store manager Nate doesn’t care just like his employees and is setting the standards super high on customer service at this location but we for sure not staying when your new store manager Nate can’t even handle the situation. I will be canceling and letting people know how terrible this location has become. Obviously I know 2 people doesn’t matter to a club at $10 but at least learn to start treating people better in the club. And whoever responds to these reviews hopefully you can actually do something because clearly the new store manager Nate doesn’t care.

Love this gym! The people are friendly and focused. The gym/ equipment is well maintained.

Super cool atmosphere, quite busy but most of the patrons are really cool.

Great spot. Lots of unique equipment and everything you need, very friendly staff. I definitely enjoy going there.
