VASA Fitness

The VASA on Church Ranch Rd is great. The gym is very clean, the people are friendly, and the have a ton of great equipment to use.

Great gym! Nice equipment and good price if you just want to work out. Plenty of options with the other plans as well.

Don’t mean to go overboard about this, but ever since Covid people have lost the ability for customer services. Been at this gym since day one that is opened, and the friendliness of the staff has definitely declined especially in the last six months recently.. guy that wears a cowboy hat and a cowboy outfit and boots at a fitness gym in the early A.M. that is pretty much on his phone, Face down is the most unfriendly person in his gym. You walk in every morning he doesn’t acknowledge you doesn’t say hi to any members and acts like he’s some hard-core bull rider I don’t think he belongs here and it is very unpleasant coming in. look at the cameras if you don’t believe me …..correct me if I’m wrong but members that come into a gym should be inspired and motivated in the front and should be positive and friendly. I’m sure this is not what Vasa wants but I could be wrong.

The gym could use some love. Equipment is non stop out of order. Cycle classes had 7-10 bikes out of service for forever….

I gave 3 stars because this is your average, standard gym. Very predictable. The equipment is clean, class offerings are good. They do have a bigger selection of weights than a lot of other gyms. My complaint would be the bathrooms! The sink area is often covered in water, and with no paper towels anywhere, there is no way to wipe it up. So becareful not to brush up against it while washing your hands or you'll have wet pants. If they aren't going to have paper towels in the restroom, staff needs to be in there way more often wipining the counter down. The floors are also gross (I know it's a locker room from the pool area, but compared to Chuze, these locker rooms just aren't cutting it for me.)

Great gym but so many hidden fees. Costs money to cancel and downgrade. They fee you to death.

Really like this gym! It's always very clean and the staff is very nice.I wish they had a hip thruster or a pit shark like the federal location. I had hoped they might get one of those two pieces during the remodel but instead they just got rid of two squat racks, which also really didn't make sense to me when it all fit before they redid the floors.

The reduction of deadlifting platforms and squat racks has increased wait times. I chose VASA for its focus on squat racks and DL platforms, there are plenty of other options that already have more machines and cardio equipment. Also, the men's bathroom has consistently been in need of service recently.

Excellent gym. Great staff. Solid training environment. Even if it's crowded you can get your workout in. I'm glad I signed up.

This is my second time being a member at Vasa. I’m signed up for the Studio membership. I’ve so missed this gym, the kind staff, and the camaraderie that is created in the classes.
