I really like this gym. It is clean and not very busy. The reason I only gave three stars is because tonight was the first night an employee really acknowledged me when walking in. He had a smile on his face, called me by my name and told me to have a great workout. All the other times the employees don't say hi. It was very nice to finally get a greeting, only took 5 months.

I had been member for at least 3 years and watched this location spiral downward under poor management. The gym's maintenance and cleanliness progressively diminished. When I brought this to the local managers attention, with good intentions I felt as if my input was ignored. I was later contacted by a corporate manager (Perry) who welcomed my input but ultimately made me feel as it I was doing something wrong. Jump forward a year, I again raised concerns about the maintenance of this locations equipment; 5 of 7 stair climbers were down all at one time, not to mention the other 7 pieces of cardio equipment and the other weight machines. I mentioned this to the Sunday manager who was basically goofing off with his co workers. Again, a couple day later I received a call from a corporate manager notifying me that my membership had been suspended for 60 days, I told them to cancel my membership and refund me the laughable "maintenance fee" and my current months fee. They did not refund the fees, they billed me instead. Fighting with them now to get that straightened out. VASA has a decent business model and other location do not seem to have the same problems as the Westminster location, it is a train wreck, that stems from poor leadership. From a corporate perspective, they claim to want to hear suggestions, and concerns from members and find solutions, however their action send a different message. There are too many options for gyms these days to settle for the mediocrity that VASA offers, True Fit is a far better option, same price, better maintained, and cleaner.

I appreciate all the staff for doing a great job in keeping the gym clean. All the staff members are very respectful, helpful and always give that warm welcomeing when you come threw that door. As a CEO of my own private business I have to say AMAZING JOB. I enjoy coming to this gym with the most amazing welcoming greeting and goodbyes. All staff is on top of there duties. Vasa is a great gym. The equipment is nice, the gym is clean, and staff are friendly. However, cancelling my membership due to a move has been difficult, bordering on impossible, and I still get to pay the annual fee for the next 12 months despite not setting foot in the gym since February. It’s a real bitter end to an otherwise pleasant two year membership.

I absolutely LOVE this gym!!! I have been coming here since they opened and it has become a little family with all the love and support from the other members and the staff. Gabs is the absolute best and she always makes sure to make everyone feel welcome, appreciated, and seen. She has become like a little sister to me and I adore her. The equipment is amazing and pretty much brand new. They are one of the few gyms that has Olympic lifting platforms and a ton of astro turf for functional fitness. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

A great place too get a workout and the front desk is amazing and friendly, Alyssa is real great and always provides a great customer experience.

My wife and I have only been members for a week so far, but are very happy. The staff has been more than welcoming and informative. The response and support for my goals has been on point with what I wanted to get from a gym membership. The gym can be a little crowded; however, it has plenty of machines for use. With us being out of shape we both feel welcome and supported. My wife loved the aqua zumba class. I am glad we joined and already feel a little bit better.

It's a nice gym with everything you need and more and the staff is friendly, but it's honestly just too busy for me. The one time I went the entire dumbbell section was packed and and most of the machines were taken so I had to wait which is really frustrating. I'd rather go to another place where I can get in and get out within a reasonable amount of time without wasting alot of time sitting around. Great club type atmosphere but I prefer a more no nonsense garage type gym. That's just my preference, I have no other complaints. It's actually a nice place.

Great facility! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The complimentary team training was absolutely amazing. If it wasn't for the sign up extra charge after being quoted the 19.99 with the annual fee supposedly being waived but charged to me anyway I'd given 5 stars. Never happy that yet again with joining a gym there ALWAYS seems to be billing issues.
