Some of the staff are amazing. Always friendly and cleaning up. Others not so much. But that doesn’t affect me ultimately. What does is the excessive heat. it’s Always far too hot. Like an oven. No air flow. Only three large ceiling fans to provide mild relief. Not sure if no cool air was built in or staff just doesn’t care but even in am it’s too hot inside with no sir flow. I go here mostly for location. Otherwise great place.

I used to work out 5 days a week before switching to this gym now I’m lucky if I decide to go at all because I feel like I have to build up my patience to find a parking spot and battle the massive crowds for a machine. I’ve been a member at busy gyms before but this one is on another level.I would pay $30-40 more for a membership to a gym similar to this with nice space and equipment but way less people… everytime I’ve been there there’s a line for the leg press and all the benches with the free weights. It’s crazy. Ill be doing free trials at other gyms in the area to find a better option.

Been a member since 2019. While the gym is great, their billing department is quite horrible. They have double billed my husband multiple times, and I also know my girlfriend too also has had issues with double and miscellaneous bills they tack on. The newest scam they are pulling is threatening to send you to collections for 'unpaid bills from 2021', meanwhile they never mentioned late bills anywhere in the 1.5 years I continued to attend the gym and in addition the app shows the account up-to-date. Now all of a sudden I owe you $199 for training? I never signed up for that. In addition my account is auto-paid and linked to my husbands, and his account is good? How does that work? But now we pay on two different cards? How does that work? And yes.... the email this is coming from is actually Vasa, which makes this scam even more frustrating that it is really them.So in summary, while the actual facility is great, just keep good documents because you'll get to deal with collections for their scamming.---Been a year now. Re-did the pool again and sauna and hot tub. Equipment is still in good condition and clean. Wifi is working well.--Just opened so all the machines and equipment is in perfect condition. Still building out the pool and basketball court. And it is a dead zone for cell phones. Wifi should be available in a month they said.

Young lady was very helpful. Escorted my nephew and I through the gym. Sm impressed and signed my 18 yr old nephew right there

If you want to circle the parking lot for about 10-15 minutes to find parking then this is the place, always crowded no matter what time of day it is and the staff here is just not friendly at all. I’ve been to other Vasa’s but the staff here takes the icing on the cake with the ugly looks they give and don’t even greet you while checking in and walking in at the door. Do better please, look like you atleast like your job!

BYOTP. It get’s busy, people don’t know how to put the equipment away when they’re finished. The variety and quality of the equipment is great. The sauna is too big for the heater unit so it never gets hot enough.

I had a bad time today. Vasa has a belief, & I have it in writing from customer service "that policies are more important than their guests". I am totally & permanently disabled, keep that in mind. My Physical Therapist has a workout for me & it requires a Large exercise ball. There were none available and I went to get one out of the Cage. Then it hit the fan. There is a policy that nooo one can use the balls unless you Pay (by way of training). Not a client in the Cage, no one using them and the manager Brandon refused to let me use one and threatened to have my membership revoked if I did not stop protesting that the policy was jacked.

I really love Vasa and I really like this gym but as others have stated,it is extremely crowded pretty much all the time. That’s really my only complaint though. They have great personal trainers,great equipment and even beverages that you can buy to rehydrate.

Kids care keeps the door locked but I saw toddlers over a mop bucket and my toddlers hand smelled like floor chemicals! Last time I brought my baby he got bad stomach ache and they told me lots of kids had got sick. No wonder since they seem to just wanna rush to leave and not take the job seriously. As much as I love the gym, I just can’t with them.

VASA has clean, well kept equipment. The staff at the federal Westminster location are spectacular! Can't say the same for the staff at the 104th Westminster location but overall I've found VASA to be accommodating, reasonably priced, and is not super packed which makes it a pleasant experience.
