Shady business practices when billing customers…don’t give them your checking account information. Better yet, find an honest gym that doesn’t outsource their customer support team to a questionable third party (Paramount Acceptance).As for the gym, it’s busy so good luck getting a piece of equipment without waiting.0/5. Look elsewhere!

#1 is VASA needs to keep their free weight equipment stocked and updated. Most of the locations have dumbbells that are so old they are round & bald instead of hexagon shaped (gross, honestly) and it’s a miracle if you can find the weights you need even when the gym is NOT FULL. With how many people they pack into this gym (with their unnecessarily cheap $10 membership which fills the gym with garbage people that have no respect), they can *certainly* afford to budget their locations to stock equipment.I’ve switched from PF to VASA sheerly for the fact that VASA has more space and a bigger variety of equipment. I will be moving on if the negatives of Vasa can’t measure up to something else I might find. From first glance it’s easy to see this gym has the potential to be great, just needs to be managed better from higher up. Advice: be rid of $10 memberships, have your staff make frequent rounds around the gym to tidy up, put away things that are left around etc, and stock your equipment so people have what they need and keep coming back satisfied.

Terrible management!!!! The manager Nadia is so rude and not helpful at all!!! I signed up on Friday with Angel who is an extremely nice and helpful person! But I guess good customer service in this gym only applies when they are trying to get you in, after that forget it! The reason I chose this gym is because they offer childcare. But the childcare is through appointment only which you have to do it yourself in the app. The problem is the app doesn’t work so I couldn’t schedule anything. I came with my family on Saturday and nobody could help with my app issue so I asked if they could schedule an appointment for my kids to come on Monday and they couldn’t but told me they were going to write my name down and the manager would be able to help me on Monday and that I could bring my kids.I got there and spoke to the manager who was not aware of my problem and said she couldn’t do anything to help me. She said my kids couldn’t stay because I didn’t make an appointment and if I have issues with the app I needed to call customer service for help. So I said that the main reason I signed up was for their childcare and if that wasn’t going to work I needed to cancel my membership. Guess what ? She refused to cancel it and told me to call customer service to do that as well!Btw, my husband did workout there on Saturday while I was watching our kids and he said it’s extremely packed and you have to wait a lot for a bench to be free.Stay away from this gym!

I was helped by adíen with membership he said I wouldn’t have to pay a year membership fee when I got the most expensive plan and turns out it’s false advertising when I told front staff they said oh yeah ( can’t do anything about it) I’m very disappointed in that as they could have just been honest not even that he said I could bring a friend with the most expensive plan monthly turns out that’s not true either I think that’s the reason this gym is so packed it’s bc they keep lying to customers which is very disappointing by the way I’ve had this member ship studio since February

The only reason we chose Vasa is because they open at 4am. Over the last month there have been numerous times no one was there to open the gym at 4, which makes for an incredibly frustrating morning. Not to mention this is the only time this place isn’t completely packed. If you are not an early morning gym person, don’t bother.

First time in this location for a while. I came in to get something out of my locker. Someone was trying to get into my locker. I told him that was my locker, he sat down on a bench...saw me open the locker. I finished up my workout, found my lock cut off. Guy told the staff it was his locker and they proceeded to cut the lock.Will see how this plays out after I buy a new lock and who pays for it. Bonus, nothing was missing out of the locker.I guess anyone can say a locked locker is theirs and get staff to cut the lock off.Vasa and the person thought the locker was his stepped up.Person gave me cash fir the lock and Vasa also stepped up.
