VASA Fitness

This gym is fairly nice for the price point, but it gets way too crowded between the hours of 3-9 PM. Expect to search for a parking spot for up to 10 minutes if you plan on going to the gym after work (between 5-9 PM). I typically have to wait for squat racks or benches and barbells for 15-20 minutes at a time between the hours of 3-9 PM. It’s common to see every single piece of weight or cable equipment in use. I’m surprised that VASA isn’t looking to open more locations around Denver, as their seems to be very high demand for this gym.I would also be surprised if the VASA staff enforced membership requirements for the use of the pool facilities. We were told that only the higher tier membership participants had access to the pool facilities, but those facilities are often so crowded it’s hard to believe those requirements are enforced.My wife and I visited a VASA fitness in Villa Park, IL, and it was a much more pleasant experience. Parking was not an issue, the gym was cleaner, and it was nowhere near as crowded during peak hours.

Great variety of equipment and total fitness options. Nice staff. It does get crazy crowded as many others have stated, however it’s likely due to the very reasonable membership fee so I’m not going to complain. I just make sure to go during off hours. The lack of fifth start is only because the music is terrible, and super ghetto, so just don’t forget your headphones.

I love going to VASA over say, PF or CHUZE because the people are way nicer. Planet Fitness has weird machines and no free weights. CHUZE has people who think they’re better than you. VASA is the perfect place if you’re looking to grow on yourself and FOCUS. Everyone here is way too focused on themselves to be even noticing you. Also this location is better than the one in Aurora. Hands down. Not too many people being rambunctious. However the perfect time to have a good workout and an amazing start to your day will always be 5:00 - regardless of where you are. I would recommend this VASA to my friends and family!

People going into the sauna with street clothing and shoes, playing music out loud with their speakers.; I thought a sauna was a place to relax and meditate, not to listen to other people’s music., same people that just have a basic membership use the pool area and sauna.

Not clean. A lot ofteens. I’m use to 18 and up gyms. I am assuming these high school kids are the reason these facilities are not to regular sanitary standards. If they where to get inspected I assume they would not pass.

Clean facility, lots of options for your preferred workout. The Hydromassage chairs are fantastic. Friendly helpful staff. Diversity of patrons that aren't creepy, which is a huge win.

This place is so great. It is well rounded and has anything you could look for in a gym. I always look forward to going here and can always count on my mood being uplifted when I come here.

Great gym. Lots of equipment, good staff, always clean. Downside is a lot, not all, a lot of people go to socialize and take machines up with out using them.

Very nice gym with just about all equipment you could ever want or need, only complaints are it is seemingly always crowded, and the men’s bathroom floor has been consistently dirty. Other than that, I love this gym and go often!

This place has drifted from an awesome gym from around the time it first opened to something awful.The gym has everything you could want in a gym, which was awesome when it opened and for some time thereafter. But now it is practically impossible to get a workout done because of how busy and crowded the place is. From the parking lot to the squat racks, this place is packed anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.I used to appreciate that it was a popular gym and tolerated the infrequent wait for equipment. However, with how many people signed up in the new year, it has become intolerable unless I go during my work day in the hours of 10 AM to 3 PM.The gym is in desperate need of a price adjustment.Would easily be a 5 star gym because of everything else, it is really just how crowded it has become that makes it intolerable.
