Your average gym. It was a whole lot better before they added that fake turf in the middle and eliminated a lot of the machines. But this place gets the job done.

men's sauna been broken for a while...they don't bother fixing it. really dirty Jacuzzi. I don't think they ever clean the water. This place is dirty and unclean. Needs serious tune up!!!!

The maintenance of the gym equipment is poor at best. I've reported many safety & maintenance related issues to them w/the poorest of responses. I even went as far as emailing the corp office, but never received a reply to my concerns.

I used to love this gym, there are things that have been broken since 2016. Yelpers are reporting roaches and filth too. : ( I dont know why they woulnt at least get some new paint in the place. Is this what Im paying for? I saw all these nasty gnats in there on Sunday. I absolutely love the staff here, They are severely understaffed right now and cant even clean up the trash in the womens restroom on Sundays. I feel neglected. Like my health as a customer who pays their paychecks doesnt even matter : (

It's a dirty old place. Need serious updating in the men's changing room. It's always smell of nasty fungus and urine in there. Need to replace all the ancient exercise equiments. Always warm water coming from the fountains. This place is a serious corporate neglect.

I won't be renewing my membership. The "clients" (I'll be PC okay?) that use the men's locker room sit their bare asses on the benches all the time - Dirty. I have brought this up to management but they do nothing. The locker room always smells like human waste and urine, floors dirty, trash everywhere even in the workout areas. The workout area up stairs is horribly configured - way too crowded. Lots of treadmills and steppers that never work. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would.

I tried out the 3 day pass. The first day I attended I spoke to two different sales reps, I advised them both I would like to try out and explore the gym and make my decisions after. They both cleared me and said I was good to go. The third day I atttended the gym I asked the receptionist for the protocol of signing in, and the receptionist asked for my guest print out and ID i advised her I had no guest printed out for me when I signed up nor was I told to bring an ID. The receptionist made me go back home for an id, I came back and she did not bother even glance at it!

To say this place is disgusting would be an understatement. Don't even think this gym matches the minimum sanitary requirements of an establishment. Bathrooms reak of urine, equipment is either broken down or on its way to and the floors are so dirty you want a tetanus shot after walking on them. Gross. Gross. Gross.

I come here on a regular due to its location. This place needs equipment update. The men's bathrooms are always dirty. Staff is friendly and nice. The new 10 minute section takes too much space which could be better utilized. The limited space makes this gym get jam packed very quickly.

They have the equipment.Convenient since it's 24 hours.Pool, hot tub, and sauna are nice.But the men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting.In the mens bathroom, every stall had its own small puddle of urine. Toilets are extremely dirty, and I'm pretty sure the one urinal has been out of order for months.
