Always crowded. Steam room wasn't working. Staff is wishy washy, sometimes friendly sometimes rude.

Waste of time! Don’t try to EVER bring a friend on a guest pass unless you have endless time to wait for a manage to sell you for before you can try to lift a weight.

There’s always someone cleaning between 1-4 but I have no idea what she actually cleans because every night when I do go in she’s there but never touches the showers sauna or steam room

This gym is subpartial, their equipment lacks care, i do wish they would clean their mechines thouroghly however it does get the job done and does contain the needed mechines and weights to see gainz overall a decent gym just nothing special for their prize

Jason is an awesome staff! He works hard, helps people. He is always doing something to make the club better. I found him cleaning restroom today, LOL even if that is not his job~ He is always doing something~working Hard for the club!!

It is an ok gym. But the bathroom is so disgusting. Really guys you need to take this into consideration. All the opinions are the same. It needs a really deep cleaning. Do so, and I will change the score. It not just picking the papers up, that is what you do.

It is where dated surroundings meets an occasional new piece of equipment.New lockers, but showers are from Bally's.Basketball courts are very popular and a great addition to the club.Ventilation in the upstairs can be at times, stifling at times. Especially during crowded times.

It's your average 24 hour sport. It's as empty as it will get all year, now in december. This place needs better their maintenance, and 24 needs to up their team members. A buddy of mine was constantly harassed by a staff member ally dropping weights abs using chalk, when he was clearly doing the same a few weeks ago. one if The cable machines have been broken for about 2 months now. Anothers cable snapped on me mid rep. All the barbells are bent, and most dumbells are misplaced. The men's bathrooms smell terrible, strong stench of BO. The cleaning person was trying the freshly piss cleaned floors with what looks like a bath towel under a broom.

The women’s locker is disgusting 😖 old underwear have been in one of she showers going on three days now old socks in the lockers and hair band aids and just nasty ness everywhere !!! The steam room has a funky smell to it I go late and no one is cleaning them daily! The steam room is so nasty it hasn’t been wiped down in months it look like.I have A life time membership so take it from me do not get a pass for this gym it’s so gross .

This is the worst place I been. The women’s locker room has Hair all over shower and bathroom floors. Showers smell of urine. Shower curtains dirty and stained. One time saw a used sanitary pad on the wall and it took a week before the employees would do something about it. The shower heads half of them don’t work. Some showers flood and don’t drain properly. They’re rarely restocked. The employees never fully clean the bathroom only empty out the towel bin and the only time it’s sorta clean is when it’s 6am.
