24 Fit is the best neighborhood gym. No contracts, a great monthly fee for unlimited use, and you are supporting a local business instead of some big corporation. Routine is everything and Jay is reliable every single week! Never have gone to a gym routinely before, but after a year I can’t say that anymore. This small family gym is ideal and such a safe space. It is ALWAYS perfectly clean too. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been a member of many other gyms but since joining 24 Fit, I finally feel like I’ve found somewhere that doesn’t make me feel intimidated. Instead I am very comfortable, welcomed, and part of a team. The machines are clean, and everyone is so nice! I also really love the fact that the gym is so easily accessible 24 hours a day. I would highly recommend 24 Fit if you are looking for a gym to actually belong to!

I visit Wilmington about 3 times a year and I found this place and tried it based on google reviews. I workout 4 times a week, and this gym is absolutely the best. It's small, but very well laid out and I've never had to wait for a piece of gear. Jay (the owner) is absolutely the best. I believe his philosophy to be that everyone should be able to work out whenever they want - and this is completely reflected in how he quickly adds you to the system, and gets you your access fob. You are on the floor in moments. He has curated every piece of gear also, so whatever your work out needs are, he's got you covered. The place is incredibly well maintained also. There has never been any broken or missing equipment ever. I also appreciate the assortment of clientele - EVERY age range and body type (no kidding). Everyone is respectful also - no one bugs you - and is really there to just work out. It's an enjoyable experience. 24 Fit has really snagged this customer for life.

Great friendly atmosphere. You feel welcome the first moment you step in. If you have questions about equipment, Jay (trainer) willingly steps in and helps. Love this gym.
