I LOVE BeU! The environment is very welcoming and inclusive - accepting of all bodies and skill levels. Maggie always greets me by name and I’m new! I am grateful that they have very affordable prices too, making yoga accessible to more folks. Really a very warm (no pun intended) and friendly studio with EXCELLENT offerings! If you’re thinking about starting a practice or are an expert yogi Be Unlimited is the place to be!

I have been coming to BeU for over 8 years since moving to NC. The instructors are amazing and the studio is home away from home. Thank you for creating such a welcoming, positive and lively environment for all to come.

Been coming to this studio on and off for five years and it’s by far my favorite studio. The regulars are very much a family and the workout always kicks my tail!

The studio seems great. I was sent an email asking for a review. So I will give my feedback. In the email, there was a link for new students to click. I clicked it and it said the link was broken. Their IT Department should check those often. The white towels you can grab had a funny smell and the ones they walk around while you're in Savasana that are cold (and very much needed) are scented with lavender. I have a bad allergy to scents...I wish I would have been warned before the towel was placed on my forehead. I didn't care for that.I attended my first Goddess Yoga Class. It wasn't for me. If you have any back, neck, or knee issues; I would suggest passing on this class. The instructor is cute and sweet. She didn't however cue students into the poses. So if you don't know what Warrior 1 is, then you are lost. The music was very loud. So the students in the back behind me couldn't hear and due to the dim mood lighting, they couldn't see either. The room was at 95 degrees and the dancing was a bit much. Girls were leaving saying they were going to pass out. I felt a bit lightheaded at one point. I know my body so I sat and held still. I am an RYT200 Hour. You can spiral your chest, torso, and hips to where it is beneficial. In Goddess Yoga they have you gyrating and spiraling so wide that it isn't good for your back. And Twerking is not good for your lower back. I went to a Malasana Squat for that sequencing. I understand the idea of Goddess Yoga, but your student's health and wellness come first. I feel like there should be a different name for this type of Yoga. The Shala was beautiful. And the room was packed.

Wonderful place, clean, great instructors and friendly environment. If you like heat come here. For an out of state yogi passing through they always make me feel at home.

Hot girl summer is not ready for this hot yoga, lol - wonderful ambiance & customer service, especially by Maggie, Alisa, Amanda, & Kim :) I absolutely loved this class, I feel like a new woman!!! Hot yoga is amazing for when it's rainy or my body needs a break from running/lifting - the heat almost feels cool once you're halfway in & I normally cave myself off from humidity. I can't wait to see how my cardiovascular health improves (& sweats tears out!). I can't recommend the upbeat music/vibe enough, especially for only an hour to start your day with just all you need from a mantra to a pre & post stretch. The time-slots are perfect for my work schedule; although I do wish the studio had a little more space & a shower for convenience, the pricing is most definitely worth it.

I highly recommend. Very nice studio, clean. I attended Be Unlimited 26 & 2, a couple times the past 3-4 months, as I am trying to get back into practice. I feel like a wet wash cloth, that's squeezed out of all the stress, cares of the week and in my body. One word refreshed! Especially with lavender wash cloth at the end of each class. Love!I love the heat, the stretching & strengthening aspect. The teacher is excellent, Kim is relaxed, encouraging and informative. I love that she explains the "how" of the posture, but also the "why" and the benefits each posture holds. Flushing scar tissue, massaging your thyroid gland in compression poses and such. I greatly appreciate how she guides so our form is correct, and that the encouragement that depth will come in time. Most agreed. As some who is been injured i past from athletic activities, I so appreciate that she takes the time to watch and make sure my form is correct as I do not want to be injured, but want to destress, let go and heal my body.. THANK you Kim for your kindness. Thank you Be Unlimited Yoga. Mahalo.
