This is for the Long Leaf location: I joined here before they even opened as Trufit. So after the covid close down this place is packed mainly with the younger crowd. A lot do not wipe off anything. 98% of this place does not wear a mask which I get it working out its hard but WIPE DOWN THE EQUIPMENT. The OWNER should be enforcing this not the girls working the desk. I guess management is scared not to ruffle any feathers but other gyms do it and run a tight ship. Funny thing is TRAINERS do it too. One particular is Drew that wipes down NOTHING. Is he SPECIAL? Is it the customers responsibility to call them out on their BS?Bottom line is management do your job man. Quit worrying about your buddies feelings because your place is getting a reputation of being dirty and nasty. This is a nice gym so don't let a select few ruin it

I was extremely impressed with the facility, the staff, and the products. Becoming a member was quick and easy. Top-notch equipment and clean. Special shout-out to Will for his superb customer service. Highly recommend!

I was considering a gym switch, so I went to the website and downloaded a free pass to use to check it out. The pass stated you had to be a local resident. (which I am) The lady at the front desk was nice enough but she didn't know anything about the free pass and said she didn't think they honored it anymore. It would be nice if they updated their website if that's the case. She told me it was $12 for the day, which I paid so I could check it out. No mask policy at all. I really couldn't believe it. It's as if nobody cares. The gym itself was nothing special and definitely won't be going back. It appears that the standard of operation is pretty low. I wouldn't recommend it if you have another option.

Great environment, excellent employees and plenty of equipment! I work out early in the mornings and the young lady who works the front always greets you with a smile and a warm welcome. They are always wiping down equipment and keeping the place looking great! 5 stars!!!

Best gym in Wilmington! Hands down! If you want a gym to get your swole on! This is it! If you want a gym for nutritional goods, this is it! Great people and a great staff! Very warm, welcoming and plenty of gym equipment! Highly recommend.

If you're looking to go during covid, go somewhere else. they don't enforce any kind of mask policy and the gym doesn't even look clean, which shows they're definitely not cleaning the equipment any extra. It's crowded, the billing and trying to cancel sucks. They have a good amount of equipment but what good is that if it feels gross. I brought it up with the manager (I'm assuming) and he at least let me buyout my contract, but didn't even address my concerns of cleanliness.

It’s a nice gym and nice staff but no one follows NC Covid-19 mandates. The staff and the guests are not required to wear masks. When I tried to terminate my membership, just after two weeks of signing up, I was told that there wasn’t anything they could do and I had to pay $99 to get out of my contract. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled, I even called to talk with someone four times and I couldn’t get a hold of a manager. Nice gym, nice staff, but very unsafe.

Went in to inquire about a gym membership and the fitness coordinator (or whatever he was) seemed too busy eating food and chatting about bodybuilding and I was hoping for a tour of the place and to sign up and just never received any acknowledgement so I just left.Not gonna beg to give a gym my money and business and whoever the fitness coordinator or memberships sales person was needs to quit digging in the food bowl and actually service potential new clients. Seems like a decent gym but management and service sucks BAD.

TF Fitness is absolutely my favorite gym in Wilmington. I have worked in the fitness industry for 9 years and hold fitness centers to a fairly high standard when it comes to quality of equipment and level of staff service. TF has a very wide variety of brand new equipment. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Super clean gym that seems to go the extra mile to maintain staff and member health. This is always something I would look for, but especially with the current health crises. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Very clean , looks great inside . I was wondering if you have a weekend membership I’m gone all week for work only home Friday to Sunday . But love the vibe I got when I walked in to check it . I’m coming back in this Friday if the owners around. Thank you
