They closed down for Covid and didn’t tell their members when they reopened and now they are trying to hit me with an $89 dollar membership charge after already pulling $60 dollars out of my bank account this month, DO NOT GO unless you want to be scammed by their fraudulent practices, I went in to cancel my membership and they do not let you cancel in the gym and you have to call on the phone/send an email which I’ve already done multiple times. I’m a broke college student and it’s sad that they don’t value their members past being able to pull money out of their accounts every month.

This gym used Paramount Acceptance billing. This company is horrible!! When I signed up they said nothing of a third part company. I have had questions about my billing and about COVID-19 billing. They continued to bill even though the gym was closed and said that it will be added to the end of the contract but that assumes that I want to continue after my contract, which I definitely do not!! The gym is mediocre at best. The classes were not good. Even still I signed up and accepted my year long commitment. They also charge double fees twice yearly!! That must have been very small print too!! Every time I call to ask anything they say they don’t know. Give me the number to Paramount Acceptance and I wait on hold for hours only to be prompted to an automatic call back that I never receive. I have tried several times over the last couple months! Nothing!! This company is a scam and there are terrible reviews all over the internet about them. I can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel my membership and TF fitness employees just act like it’s not their problem. Horrible customer service!!!! I don’t think I have ever written a bad review for anything. Ever. That just shows how upset with all this I am!!

There is no other place to workout! The gym is SO clean, all of the equipment is state of the art and the group exercise classes are so much fun.

I love this Gym!! The people make the gym! On top of that the equipment is Awesome. You will not find a cleaner gym in Wilmington!!

I was looking to change gyms so I stopped by TF Fitness during my lunch break to check the place out and see what they had to offer. The guy at the front desk named Scott was extremely rude. I explained that I was interested in seeing what they had to offer and politely asked to use the restroom before I started. I was rudely told that the bathrooms were not for public use for people off the street. ???? I am here to inquire about becoming a member and I can't use your restroom? Needless to say, I didn't stay to check the place out and will not return. I would avoid this place and find somewhere else. If this is how they treat prospective clients, I would hate to see how they treat you after you sign up.

Love this gym, very clean and has all the latest equipment of any gym in the Wilmington area. Owners are super people have worked very hard to make this the best gym around. Highly recommend!

This gym has everything you need to take your fitness game to the next level. First of all, its the cleanest and best equipped gym in Wilmington from brand new Hammer Strength equipment to a pro shop that is staffed with great and helpful employees. Great smoothies, Clean Eats meals and they have child care available for those busy parents. If you're looking for a place to train long term or just in town for a few days, you have to stop by and ask for a free tour.

It's one of the nicer gyms I have ever been in. It's super clean. The equipment is new with no wear. They have a huge variety of machines and equipment, and an excellent staff. Even living over 20 miles away, and driving past probably 7-8 other gyms on my way here, this is the one I choose to go to for all of the reasons I stated above.

I love this gym! It's clean, has the best equipment and the group classes are all great. I like having a variety of classes included in my membership rate. Plus the membership rate is very reasonable. You'll love the atmosphere and the staff. I highly recommend TF Fitness + Nutrition!
