DO NOT JOIN! If you are a temporary resident or planning to move, canceling your membership will be near impossible. Because they need written consent. Extremely high annual fees, changes billing systems every year, so if you do cancel, they’ll attempt to charge you again and claim that you never canceled. Been dealing with this since 2019, luckily I used my credit card to sign up so Capital One has been awesome with dealing with this dispute.

Good gym, but they have recently implemented membership tiers that just so happen to exclude members with health insurance memberships from 24-hour access, conveniently after they reduced their staffed hours… I wasn’t even informed of this until they second time I mentioned that the access point was not letting me inside. I’ll happily change this review when I am given the same access as other members. I have been a member for too long to have to spend more money to have the same privileges as other members. Again, this is not an insurance restriction but a gym restriction, they just want more money while staffing for less hours.

2 squat racks with deadlifting floors. 3 flat bench. 2 incline. Full set of Dumbbells. Plenty of other machines to get a full workout in.

Do not do business with this company. They will continue to try to collect monthly payments from you even after your membership has legitimately been canceled with a zero balance.

TF works with a third party company that makes cancelling the membership an absolute pain! Even though I called to cancel in May, i was still charged four more times. Absolutely ridiculous.

The gym itself is nice and quaint, but the energy wasn't the best fitting. It's not a gym I would personally see myself at for motivation.

Great staff. Focuses on weights and machines over cardio which I like, but if you are looking for cardio it still has a wide variety of options which I have never seen crowded.

Great gym overall but poor air circulation so it stinks of sweat often. Love the sauna but could do better thanks

Is this the Total Fitness that Brandon Lee went to in Feb-March 1993 while Filming The Crow? Is Lewis E. Davis Jr still the owner? And where the heck is your Stairmaster? I don't see any Stairmaster in the photo gallery. R.I.P. Brandon Lee

Great staff, the regulars are all really cool and it's the cleanest gym I've ever seen. They offer childcare, saunas, newer equipment...can't recommend this gym enough.
