This company has no regard for the individuals who choose to become clients for this gym. Their membership policy is terrible. The staff are never willing to find compromise with their guest nor do they try to put actual people before policy and documents. Joining this gym was the worst decision I ever made.

On 6/1 at 1pm, while I was exiting my vehicle, my car was struck by another vehicle's door in the parking lot. The force was abrupt enough to shake the entire car. I got out and asked the person that hit me to stop and discuss. She acknowledged me, but drove away regardless. I took a picture of the vehicle's license plate for evidence. I notified the gym manager and called the police. In the grand scheme I didn't think it warranted a police report over a scratch to my car door. I never thought I would see this car again, but 2 weeks later I see it in the parking lot. I found the owner of the car and it turns out she works at Main Line Health (leaving names out intentionally), and asked her in the facility if she recalled the incident. She did remember, but claims she assessed the damage herself and deemed it insignificant. She added that she sped away because she felt uncomfortable when I took my phone out to take the picture. (When you're in a hit and run, the immediate instinct is to capture a photo of the license plate.) During our conversation, she walked away again (no surprise) and into another office. At this point I'm completely over the incident and have moved on with life. Of course two days later on a Friday evening as I'm relaxing at home with my family after a long work week, I receive a call from Main Line Health. It's the manager now, and she asked me to not threaten their employees on business premises (before even asking for my version of the events). I honestly that I was receiving a call to apologize for the actions of this employee. This person clearly went around and told any staff member that would listen that I'm a menace that lurks in the parking waiting for someone to hit my car so I can confront them. I had to terminate my membership , since this person will be traumatized with the mere sight of me. All I was seeking was accountability. If you're reading this, check the security tapes if they exist (6/1 @ 1:00pm, grey Jeep Grand Cherokee directly in front of the rear entrance). I have nothing to hide. A stranger hits my car, I find out who it is and ask them why they didn't stop. Yet I received a call asking me to apologize. I hate to pull the "Karen" card, but our profiles match the same depressing news you see everyday. I'm curious if -or- what the response will be to this post from the "owner".

Main weightlifting area on the first floor is tiny in comparison to the rest of the gym and only has a handful of bench sets and barbell racks. The weightlifting area is often overrun by big groups of high schoolers that all come at the same time, making it impossible to social distance. Most of them wear their masks under their noses, yet the staff never seems to care.
