First class facility, well trained, very helpful staff, never too crowded even at peak times. Joining has proven to be one of the best moves I've made

Staff is friendly and helpful. The classes are wonderful and not too populated! The gym is extremely clean. The guests are always bubbly as well. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. I would like to see the place open more hours especially for the weekends! It would be a miracle for us workaholics :) Thank you Mainline!! #forevermember

I see that the owner does respond to reviews, which gives me hope that this might be resolved. However, I feel it’s necessary to warn others that the termination process is extremely difficult. I signed my daughter up for a membership while she was in high school and the facility is located within 10 minutes from our house. It was safe and clean and her friends were also going there. I did have concerns about canceling the membership knowing that she would be going away to college soon. The friendly sales associate explained that it was easy to cancel, “just come in in-person and we’ll take care if it.” My daughter ended up going away for school and I tried to terminate the account on her behalf, however during this time she had turned 18 and I was told she had to come in in-person to do so. In the meantime, her account continues to be charged. When I asked to escalate to a manager who could help and explained my situation, I was told I needed to speak with someone who had the authority to look into the account charges and they were only available 9-5, Monday-Friday. As a working mom, I usually get home well after 5. It’s difficult to make those hours, but a manager called me the following day and said she would cancel the account and no further charges would post after June. In addition, my daughter would have a credit for July and August (before she’s back at school) to use the facility, if she chooses. I asked for confirmation by email. When I received the email, there was a condition added: that I needed to send in a certified mail or have my daughter come in in-person to sign the cancellation by July 20th. Please note that she did not discussed this condition with me over the phone despite the emailing stating that she did. Since this was added after originally confirming the cancellation, I took it to mean there’s “one loose end“ (getting her signature for the cancelation on file) that we still needed to take care of. There’s nothing in her email stating that I would continue to be charged month over month, if I didn’t comply by July 20th. It’s difficult for me to get home in time to get a certified mail to the post office. It’s also challenging to get my daughter to come in in-person as she hasn’t been home from school until this past weekend. As soon as she arrived home on Saturday, we drove over to have her sign the cancellation believing that we took care of that “one loose end”. Today, I received an email from another manager telling me that not only will I be charged for July and August, but also for September and October, as well for a “final billing month”. In addition and unbeknownst to me, I am being charged late fees on top of those additional four months. Moreover, this email added a new condition that was never there before: I now have to prove that my daughter lives more than 25 miles away to avoid further billing! I am really hoping this can be resolved once and for all. The original confirmation should be honored, not the ones where erroneous conditions were added after the fact. Please help me clear up this account so that we can maintain a positive experience in working with your team.

It’s my own fault but the gym should be open earlier on Saturday’s like some others. I just wasted a drive. Some people still work weekends and need to train before 7. Just have someone there to unlock the door and I’ll take it from there...

If it was possible, I would have given them a negative rating. The sales manger was rude and discourteous.
