Orangetheory Fitness

I loved the interval workout. Loved coach Ovi, he is so motivating and gets you excited about class! I wish I could have him as an instructor at my studio!

I've done almost every workout out there. Orangetheory is the best! It's fun, challenging and the coaches help keep you motivated to keep beating your personal records!

Horrible experience for a new customer. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my boyfriend who has never taken an orange theory class and was excited to try it out because of how I've been raving about it, then when we got there 25 minutes early, we were sent away because apparently corporate policy is to arrive 30 minutes early. Usually other orange theorys are so great, but the front desk ladies and coach Bob were incredibly rude and pompous and acted like we were inconveniencing them. I've been to orangetheory in MA, NJ, and NC, and this was the ONLY orange theory that has treated customers this way, and I'm shocked at how they conduct business. Go to ANY other orangetheory except this one.

I would give them less than one star if possible. Super rude and poor management skills. I had a consulting appointment and was exactly 5 mins late due to some hold up. They refused to accommodate and wouldn't even listen. Its like if you're not already fit dont come here. Its a place for the "it gang".Fyi, orangetheory try and make your "CORPORATE POLICIES" clearer over the phone when someone calls instead of just throwing the word around.
