I began PT visits almost one month ago following several months of foot pain. I had tried to treat the symptoms myself, using ice and ibuprofen and trying to rest the foot but the symptoms only seems to be getting worse. This has been my first experience with Physical Therapy. The treatment has been focused not just on the foot but all the way up the extremity, since the pain had affected my whole gait. Exercises have strengthened my foot, ankle, calf and hip muscles. The symptoms have improved substantially thanks to my Physical Therapist Jordan.I only wish I would have tried PT sooner. I am looking forward to a fully recovery.Update: I just completed the six weeks of Physical Therapy leading up to Thanksgiving. The personal care with therapist Jordan was excellent. Not only are the symptoms virtually gone but I have been given exercises to continue at home, so as not to have the painful symptoms return.I highly recommend Performance Physical Therapy; personally I got to experience why they continue to be rated Best of Delaware and they are.

Before coming to PPT I saw another physical therapist about hip pain. After seven weeks there wasn’t any improvement. A friend recommended PPT and the results were phenomenal! Sean thoroughly tested my range of motion and prescribed several stretching and strengthening exercises. He progressed these weekly. He re-tested my ROM after six weeks and the improvements were remarkable. Plus the pain was gone! Sean will be my PT for life!

After my knee surgery, it became obvious I couldn't handle physical therapy on my own. I was overwhelmed and needed help. Performance PT & F was the answer! In just 3 weeks, I am back to where I was before my injury! It was painless and I can't say enough good things about Sarah & Kristen and the rest of the staff who worked with me. While I certainly hope I don't need PT any time soon, I know exactly where I'm going if the need does arise in the future! Performance Physical Therapy is the best!!

I have completed 3 mos of PT following shoulder replacement surgery. I worked with Physical Therapist Rachel - she is TOP NOTCH!!. Very knowledgeable. She paId attention every detail so that I could get the most out of every exercise. In addition to her professionalism she brings a joyful can-do spirit to every appointment. This matters a lot! When our schedules clashed I periodically worked with Physical Therapist Taylor - also top notch for the very same reasons. What impressed me is that they had consulted each other prior to each of these occasional changeover appointments. Transitions were seemless. My experience was great. Thank you Rachel and Taylor! Also thank you to Performance PT and all the Assistants and front desk folks who helped to make this a great experience!!.

This is my first experience with physical therapy and I hit gold! I went in pretty crippled with bursitis in one shoulder, and in the scheduled treatment time I have my full range of motion back, my flexibility and strength is coming more and more every day. I owe my recovery Jordan Morris; his expertise, his patience and his persistence. Jordan never let me off easy!!! But it was well worth it. Hats off to Anthony, who brought skill and humor to my sessions, and to the office staff who kept up with my summer schedules. I highly recommend Performance and their staff ,in particular, Jordan Morris. I will forever be grateful.

First time ever doing PT and I'm happy I chose PPT&F of Hockessin! The staff is so friendly and professional. I looked forward to my PT sessions throughout because of the wonderful staff. The facility is very clean and equipment is wiped down after each use.I had a shoulder injury and could barely move my arm above shoulder level without pain. I started my PT with Taylor and Jennifer back in December with ~2-3 appointments per week through 1 & 1/2 months. Now that I'm done my program; I feel amazing! I have no regrets going to PPT&F to handle my patient care. I quickly realized I wouldn't have made the same progress in recovery without the care and expertise this team provided. I will, without a doubt, come back to PPT&F of Hockessin if I ever have a need.Shoutouts to Danielle, Megan, Bryan, Sam, Eryn, Lex, and Alexis (Concord site)Thank you!

I found performance PT by accident but have returned twice now. Sara was absolutely amazing, as everyone at performance but I felt that Sara listened to my pain and problems and catered and changed my therapy to fit my problem which in turn made huge strides in recovery for me. If the need for future therapy were to arise I would definitely return. I have been and will continue to recommend them to family, friends and my patients.

When I went for a balance evaluation my balance was not really much of an issue. I had had a few slight falls, and at times I felt like I could fall, but didn't. After my balance evaluation I thought I wouldn't need much therapy, if any. But after four weeks of therapy I was surprised at how much my balance had improved. The therapy was fun and Taylor, my therapist, was upbeat and great to work with. Now that I have "graduated" I continue to do my exercises at home. They are easy, fun and don't take much time. I feel more confident moving around and doing the usual things, like working in my garden, reaching (up or down) for things, and navigating my steep driveway and uneven terrain. I can even dry one foot while standing unaided on the other! I am so happy I took the time to go for a balance evaluation and therapy. I know it will continue to make balance less of an issue as I get even older. I encourage people with balance issues to do what I did.

This place was great! It was my first time needing PT. I let my issue go on for a couple years. I would have done this much sooner if had I known how quickly I would feel better.Everyone was amazing. Sara was the PT I saw for most of my visits. She was knowledgable and patient with me.My knee pain has resolved and I am starting a running program again.Thank you!

This is really wordy but I really want to be able to articulate appropriately what Performance Physical Therapy has done for me. I was injured in a car accident 3 weeks before everything shut down because of Covid. Paperwork processing and adequate treatment for my injuries was delayed. I tried getting treatment at another place first. It just wasn’t giving me what I needed..One call to Performance Physical Therapy changed everything. I had a lot of questions and during that initial call, Taylor got on the phone with me. Over the course of the next year Taylor oversaw my treatment plan. She and Kristen truly listened to me and took the time to hear my feedback. Taylor and Kristen were not only responsible for treating me, they were educating me, and were my biggest cheerleaders. Amanda and Nichole helped me so much with therapeutic massage.Every single person who worked with me in therapy or at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. I am eternally grateful for each an every one of you.If you are looking for an individualized and positive therapeutic environment with the absolute best in the field, look no further than Performance Physical Therapy. I will be back after my next surgery to rehab.❤️
