Performance Physical Therapy

I had the best care and the best experience at Performance Physical Therapy! I started out with Melanie for pelvic floor therapy and in the short time I worked with her, she helped me so much! After Melanie left, I worked with Alison and she helped and guided me with my pelvic floor issues. I just left and I feel confident to manage my symptoms on my own. They gave me the tools and knowledge to understand my body and what to do when I have a flare up. I would definitely recommend Performance!!

I came to Performance Physical Therapy several years ago because I had heard good things about them, having been disappointed in other PT practices I had used over the years.Most recently, the last two sets of therapy have been with Jordan Morris, who is an outstanding diagnostician and therapist. He carefully evaluated my aches and pains and the exercises he used and therapies he applied succeeded in vastly improving my strength and flexibility. I would most definitely work with him again if I have any other issues. He is an asset to the practice.

I went to Performance Physical Therapy in the Hockessin office for my balance issues.. Sara and Kristen and their aids were wonderful and so kind and helpful and encouraging. They made me work hard but we also had a lot of fun. Everyone in there is so friendly. I highly recommend Performance for anyone who needs any kind of PT.

Due to Pt I can now perform my normal activities without a problem. I was experiencing pain in my right knee. After 6 weeks of regimented treatments with my therapist Jordan Morris I am now pain free.I highly recommend performance physical therapy from the efficiency of the front desk to the excellent care from Jordan Morris. The entire staff is friendly courteous and knowledgeable. I am a believer of Pt and recommend their services highly.

I had a great experience at performance, from the private rooms to the staff who were very professional and gave you one on one time and never felt rushed. Alexis was outstanding, she understood my concerns and explained what I should expect with my recovery. she made me feel at home, easy to talk to and made it an enjoyable experience. I looked forward to going each week. When she was busy she would explain and let me know that Anthony would take over and guide me through my exercises and she would still check in to check on me. Anthony was easy to talk to and helped me through my exercises, even though he's a giants fan I enjoyed the time he helped me. Everyone else who filled in on days they could not be there acted in the same manner and were great to deal with.If I ever have any issues in the future I will definitely be scheduling my therapy with Performance. Thank all of you very much.

I recently went to the Hockessin Performance PT for therapy for back pain. I also went there in 2017 for therapy on a herniated disc. In June 2022, I was greeted by one of the therapists that I saw in 2017. Even through masks, Tina recognized me and remembered working with me 5 years ago. It was nice to reconnect and get treated for my current back pain. The exercise program that they developed cut my pain from a 7 out of 10 down to a 1 out of 10. Alex and Allison also treated me and all of the therapists were great. They were careful not to cause addition stress on my back and worked hard to stretch my muscles to decrease my pain level dramatically.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love Performance Physical Therapy and how much they have helped me. I have had many neck and back issues for years. I started going to PPT after a knee replacement, and then went back for help with intense shoulder pain. Sara and Kristen worked with me with diligence, gentleness, and professionalism. They were both encouraging, but at the same time challenged me to accountability and continuous improvement. In addition, every single staff member at PPT, from the front desk receptionists to the techs, to any other staff I met in passing, have always been professional, helpful, friendly, and kind. I feel younger and am in better shape than I have been for years thanks to their help and treatment. If you need PT, I am absolutely convinced that there is only one place to go -- Performance Physical Therapy!

I had virtual PT for a shoulder problem for about 3 weeks. The shoulder healed nicely.A month later I had severe sciatic pain when I got out of bed. I called for an appointment and was happy I could also have PT virtual.After first appointment Pain went away. I continued PT for 3 or 4 weeks. I now keep up with exercises at home.Sara and Kristen are two amazing women in the way of treatments, encouragement and kindness.I highly recommend Performance PT.I was an in patient a couple of times and I think all the staff are great!!Thank you Performance!Joyce Cook

I selected Performance Physical Therapy for rehabbing my back and leg because I had heard the Hockessin location had a very good reputation. That proved to be true. They are extremely friendly, starting with the front desk. All of the Support staff were excellent to work with. Sara Warren and Jennifer Morrison were my physical therapists and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They understood my needs, developed a customized treatment plan, and adjusted it based on my progress. The one on one attention was far better than other PT locations that I have previously used. I highly recommend PPT and give them a 5 star rating.

I recently had full right knee replacement and started with Performance Physical Therapy just two days out from surgery. Amanda Vito is my PT and she is terrific, gentle and smart! She knows just how far to "push" me to get the best results. She is incredible! Also, the PT techs, Matt, Kerri, and Lynette are fantastic. They are kind, patient and attentive to my level of ability. Even the staff at the front desk is top notch! Prior to my surgery, I had PT at another company and while they were adequate, Performance Physical Therapy is superior in every dimension including the physical equipment and space. I would definitely recommend Performance Physical Therapy to anyone in need of PT.
