Brian at US Fitness was so easy to deal with as we had to wait several months because of shipment delays. Brian was professional and very patient and continued to keep me informed and updated on shipment timeframe. This store was amazing!Then the installers came to set it up. They drove from Wilmington to Ocean Isle Beach and were very thorough and also very professional. Shane was an outstanding installer and thoroughly explained to me all about my new Inspire 2 machine. I highly recommend this fitness store!

Very happy with the service I had today at US Fitness. I was having trouble with my shoes and they helped with that. Then I mentioned a problem with my monitor. That was quickly solved with a new monitor being ordered. Brian was very helpful. Would definitely recommend US Fitness for your equipment needs.

We went to the store very knowledgable of spin bikes and Shane gave us very insightful informative about the life fitness bike that we were not that familiar with. I tried the bike and bought it. He followed up promptly when I left messages about delivery dates. We have had the bike about 3 months and love it. Definitely recommend US Fitness.

As a manager of a large condominium complex, the last thing I wanted to do was look for new, state-of-the-art equipment, to revamp our gym. My whole attitude was changed when I spoke to Dillon. His expertise was unmatched and made the entire process a breeze. He continuously asked about the clientele, the space, and the “vibe,” that we were going for to ensure that ALL of our residents had a safe and inclusive spot to use. Dillon truly made the process enjoyable for all parties involved, showing the versatility of the Life Fitness Line. This created a completely difference atmosphere that was inviting to everyone who wished to participate. A gym is used as an escape for some people to clear their mind, and Dillon provided exactly that. I will continue to work with US Fitness for all my needs in the future!
