I have just started this gym and so far... So good!

The gym is pretty nice and the workers were very friendly and helpful.

It’s an amazing affordable place with childcare! I haven’t been able to do anything for myself after having kids for along time and this place gave me hope! I finally am able to find myself again by coming here!

If I could rate this place zero stars then I would because even one is too much. I worked at the gym and got fired because I was pregnant and had to pull over and throw up for 10 minutes, texted my boss what was going on and she even smiled at me and waved as I walked in for my shift and waited almost an hour to fire me in front of my co worker and said it was because I was late to my shift. The kids care department that I worked in had a HUGE ant problem that worker and the kids who went there to receive care while their parents worked out had to deal with. I asked my boss for ant spray for 2 weeks before finally getting it and Even then my boss said she would spray but came in and worked out and played around with coworkers and left without spraying. The 2 pregnant employees had to cough and gag and spray the kids care place down before ending the shift. Then took pictures of my daughter and posted it on their Instagram page without my permission. They need to do better.

Extremely dirty gym, don’t waste your time or money. My spouse was on a month to month membership, NOT ON A CONTRACT due to being in the military. He deployed and because he didn’t “cancel his membership correctly” they sent him to collections. Awful establishment!!! Do yourself a favor and find a gym that treats military members with more respect.

Gym is good, with enough space and equipment. Third party billing service is awful. I am moving and reached out a month in advance to terminate my membership which seems like enough time. The billing provider’s policy says 60 days notice which I don’t believe I was ever informed of and they are forcing payment for 90 days after my notice to terminate my membership. Will never join another Fit4life because of their terrible billing service.

Deceptive marketing, was told online that there was a 3 day free guest pass. Was then charged $15 for one day. Equipment was Mickey Mouse to say the least. Bench wasn’t screwed in, open screws near the squat rack machines. Metal on side of wall was not screwed in. Mismatched dumbbells. Dumbbells that were matched were poor quality and shaky. Machines are okay. Water fountain filter wasn’t changed. Dust everywhere. Planet fitness offers a better experience

Absolutely disgusted with how this place has handled my cancellation after receiving active duty deployment orders.I was a member here between 2022 and 2023 with a month-to-month membership which “could be cancelled at any time for any reason”, until Feb 2023 when I received orders to deploy. I handed a hard certified copy of my orders to one of their front desk attendants, who said it would be taken care of. I deployed three days after and obviously never went back. Now on July 2023, a balance of over $400 is showing on my credit report from a third party collection agency who is attempting to collect a debt on behalf of Fit4life’s payment processing firm - Peek Payment Solutions.I’ve been in contact with all parties involved including management from this place and not a damn thing has been done. My perfect credit score has been ruined due to negligence and complete lack of training on this gym’s staff.At this point my only available avenue is to file a lawsuit against them. Update to follow.Notwithstanding the above, don’t waste your money in this place. 90% of their members are disrespectful high school kids who are constantly on your way and taking up equipment while on their cell phones or taking videos. The place is filthy from one end to the other, with disgusting bathrooms and balls of hair and dust all throughout the gym floor. My wife and I were members for just about a year and were there every single day at different hours. Not once did we see their staff clean a damn thing. They all hang out at the front on their phones completely careless of their surroundings.What an awful experience which unfortunately did not end on my last visit here.
