Like others have said, great customer service….if you’re a member. They advertised a $119 1st month so that’s what I planned to do because I just wanted to try it. I went to cancel well before my billing day and they said no sorry that I had to do another month at the $179 price. I’m a teacher and do not get paid during the summer so this was sort of a financial crisis for me. I spoke with the head of the gym and explained the situation, how I was not aware of this strange rule of having to quit 30 prior. I asked, “so I should have quit the day I signed up?” They say no that I would have had to pay for the 2nd month anyway. Such shady transactions. Very disappointing to treat people like that.

I love the friendliness of the coaches and staff! Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. They took the time to show me around the studio. The workout was fun and challenging, I am hooked from the first class!
