I'd avoid it during peak hours simply so you don't feel like you are tripping over everyone, but the staff are super friendly and helpful. Comfortable atmosphere and all the cardio machines were recently updated with the addition of rowing machines! Also there is a PokemonGo gym in the parking lot!

The equipment isn't very good. They have 5 smith benches which is not enough to accommodate the heavy traffic. The benches are periodically moved form the smith bench and they do not have enough weights on them.The staff was friendly though, I will give them that. You will likely be helped if you do not have any issues with the contract.Even though I was a loyal customer for 2 years, they did not refund my $39 because I cancelled the day the day it stated they would charge in my contract. That shows they are not very willing to work with their customers and because of this I will not go to planet should the new gym I attend does not work out.

Everything’s very clean, great layout & equipment. From managers to the maintenance crew, staff are professional, kind & quick to help. I’m there 4-6 days a week & I always feel comfortable & welcome. This location is the best! Andres the trainer is fantastic! He’s knowledgeable, enthusiastic, encouraging & always makes time for your questions & coaching. He’ll meet you at the fitness level you’re at. He also sets you up with a routine that is customized for your goals & availability (if you want) - FOR NO EXTRA COST!! Besides lifting, I use the Total Body Enhancer, heated hydro massage beds, massage chairs & tanning. This is a great addition to our community & for only $22/month, I’m saving time & money. It’s a 1 stop shop-exercise, massage & tanning. It’s my “me time” place, can’t beat it! :) thnx Wyoming PF!1 thing they don’t have are individual barbells, there are Smith machines or alike

I drove across town to use the 30 minute course because it's my friend's home gym. The rules of the 30 minute course are never enforced. The staff does not monitor the room to see if the people there are doing the course or even wiping the equipment down. Due to the staff not monitoring the room, I constantly have to interrupt my own workout to talk to the front desk.Now the staff. There is an employee Blake who is beyond rude to people. I came to him with my concern tonight and all he could be was condescending, rude, argumentative. He laughed at my frustrations with the 30 minute course making fun of me. The assistant manger Jessica and Jay are both nice, but Blake's treatment made me want to cancel my membership this evening.After my experience at this location I will pretty much keep to my own gym. It's closer to home and I don't run into problems like these all the time.

I like it here a lot. I like their spa area. The water massage is worth the monthly price. Their light box is nice too, I forget the name of it 😄. It's always clean, and the workers are always nice. They have a trainer in there for no extra cost. And they have classes you can attend for no extra cost 😊The only problem I had with them is they didn't accept the credit card that I use, and they won't take cash for the more expensive membership 😒 I had a friend put his credit card for me but when he took it off, right after paying the $40 membership fee and the monthly payment they cancelled my membership and told me I couldn't even come in for the month that I just paid 😠 When I originally signed up before they messaged me about not accepting my credit card they only let me use about 2 weeks of that month also 😡 I've never had so many problems with trying to give my money to someone 😄😥If you can get them to take your money without problems then it's a good gym 😄

This is by far my favorite PF! Always so clean, the staff is beyond friendly, Dan, the manager, always welcomes me by name and signs me in without scanning my bar code, and I know I’m not the only person he does that for! Friendly staff, great location, plenty of new machines and never too many people! What more could you want from a PF.

Nice gym but dont watch the patrons. I have noticed in the month since coming here ppl use the same paper towel to wipe diwn machines. Disgusting.

Almost lame exuse of gym, they dont have certain equipment because there judge free. To me im not the type of person who cares about stangers, i go in, put on my headphones, get out. But the whole thing with plant fitness is they usually tend to be weird hipacrits whom try hard to be hipsters😂 this one in particularly is the less wack one i seen

Very nice staff and 24 hrs which is awesome. They also have tanning beds and massage chairs :) But they definately need more freeweights and benches (wish i could use them.. Just an observation)
