Need a start and you are a beginner this is the place to be super clean friendly and absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Even if you are intermediate or advanced I would still recommend.

Definitely not the best place to workout and management is very poor , also I lost some of my belongings and the staff was very shady and wasn’t very helpful.... I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t steal it themselves!!! #thumbsdown

It's great place, also very clean, maintain great. People spray down there machine to keep it clean. And the employees treat you great and respectful.

Everything was great until they started charging twice a month after covid. My account was overdrafted because of this, they claim they never got the money so i cant get a refund. When I asked for corporates phone number i was told to look it up online and they didnt have it. Still no number. Still no money. Was also told i cannot get a refund on the monthly sub price even tho i have not been in for months. I would give 0 to this company if i could.

Charged me for months while I was told I could freeze my account since I didn't go during covid. Then when I cancelled they are charging me for an extra month. You're welcome for all the free money.

Was charged the start up fee twice when I started a membership online. Somehow I made two accounts, when I explained this to the staff at planet fitness I was denied a refund for the 2nd account. My membership has been active for less than a week. Almost thinking of canceling the other membership as well over this

Best Location by far.. clean, friendly and not too packed or busy. Plus I noticed that they finally labeled the cleaning spray bottles. I'm highly allergic to hydrogen peroxide, and that's what they use to clean the equipment with. Staff is understanding so they clean up after my use or provide me with a glove.
