Lunk alarm went off today. The new years resolutions newbies are already thinning out though.7/19 update: mostly the same staff and their attitude has not changed either.

Awesome place. Very clean. Great staff. The trainer, Kevin, is very cool, personable, and helpful. Great experience so far.

Get your cards back. I SHOULD NOT have to inconvenience myself with an app.Edit after the response from business: The fact that every business thinks we should all have apps just to utilize their services is ableist and disgusting. I have severe adhd and can't manage all of those apps. Get the cards back. My review stands.I also want to be able to just check myself in and not have to give my phone number. I also have social anxiety, because the world thinks people with invisible disabilities should be able to just fall into line. I deserve the same autonomy as those who don't have adhd.My review stands. Stop being ableist

Very clean gym great staff also have a trainer if you need or want one. Differant rooms for differant types of training . Black card gives Xtra perks hydro message and tanning plus more.

This very friendly and clean place. The personal trainer Kevin is top notch. He is personable and cares about people.He wants to help you in your fitness journey and is truly concerned about your health and helping you reach your goals.

It does have the distinct advantage of being the only gym in town, but the staff does keep it cleaned and maintained while being personable. Wish there was at least two butterfly machines and generally gets very crowded in the evening

Gym is great except for the young kid who only works on the weekend (Sunday mornings) but comes in everyday acting like a child and yelling the whole evening. He needs to learn to behave properly, screaming and “fake fighting” is not how you behave while people are trying to workout.

3 stars because the hours are HORRIBLE on weekends, when I actually want them to be the same. Several times it hits me I can't go past 7 pm, and has messed up my day...boo. 9 or 11 would be better. Other than that , it's pretty dope. The vibe is cool, employees are helpful and friendly. Maybe the ab/ stretch room could use a permanent air fresh mister... gets funky back there

Nice sized gym, usually isn’t uncomfortably crowded. Also has good amenities if you have the black card. Bathrooms are kept clean, the paper towels and cleaner for the equipment are kept well stocked.
