I love this gym... Can be quit busy at times but there is always enough equipment to go around. I lost over 65lbs working out here. Gym is immaculately clean and laid out in a design that any beginner can feel like a pro. U give them my higest recommendation.

Absolutely horrible business practices and policies in place. Signed up back on 12/18/16 and actually never used the membership, not even once. They obviously log when you come and go, so they keep track of when your there. They charged my second membership fee late, on 1/24/17, and then charged me again for $42 exactly 2 weeks later, 11 days before my next monthly membership fees were due. I walked in and they treated me like I was lying and didn't even bother checking the logs and seeing that I was never in the gym. The staff is rude, and needs to learn the basics of customer service. A couple of the young men there attempted to intimate me and threatened to physically remove me because I demanded to talk to the franchise owner and I wanted some sort of compensation for a service I never used and they over charged me on. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE STAFF!

I love this gym! Been a member at so many different places in the area and this one is my favorite. Besides the prices being so affordable its also the cleanest gym ever. Nothing is more important then a clean gym. The equipment is always updated and easy to use...after working out here I can't use equipment anywhere else. Last but not least the staff. What can I say...they are all so friendly and nice and call you by name. Never had a bad experience in all the years I been coming here...my only complaint is new years resolutions lol.

Worked out here over the holidays. One of the best equipped planet fitness's I've been to. Very spacious too. I like the open area in the back for interval cardio stuff

Wonderful set up for a gym. In regards to customer service, one of the most horrible set-ups I encountered. Poor comparisons to why they charge so much and indefinitely, till you go in and stop it. $$$$$

Well. The first time I joined, I used the stand up tanning beds and ended up getting worts on my toe. That was 5 years ago. Still have them. I joined again to help motivate a friend and we signed up for the help of a personal trainer. They were supposed to ask questions about us to develop a schedule for working out. He was terrible. He was very late, asked us a question or two, while staring at a game on TV that was on at the time, and that was it. So I cancelled my membership and worked out at home and lost 20 pounds. Also, everytime you're there, the people there are very rude. At least I know that I will never join a gym again! :)

Lots of equiptment and open space! Lots of friendly people frequent this gym too! Only problem I've encountered is the cleanliness; each time I've come there have been crumbs on the front tables and the water fountain is very dirty.

Newly remodeled, but don't let that fool you. Now there's even MORE stuff to get filthy! Broken paper towel dispenser in one of the tanning rooms has been broken for at least a year. Water fountain has had a mop bucket under it for probably 4-6 months now because of what I assume is a leak. Water bottle fill station is covered in bacteria film. The floors in the tanning rooms are filthy. Filthy. One more time for emphasis...FILTHY. Even the walls have weird brown drippy stains on them. I no longer use my guest pass that comes with my Black membership because it's embarrassing.

Had 2 really good workouts here during my last business trip. Staff was nice and a few were very attractive. Tanning was good. Overall loved theexperience.

Just got my workout in at one of the happiest places on the "Planet". I've been back with the Boardman location for almost a year...they've got a great new staff and an awesome trainer. Jay, Terry, and Phil can and will help you get started if you're new to working out. They will also give you a verbal and visual demonstration when you want to try a new machine. Need a trainer or just some direction...see Terry! He's the go-to guy if you need your fitness world "rocked". Didn't make an appointment with Terry...I found that not to be a problem, even when he's there to workout himself. These guys are approachable..even if you just need some encouragement/moral support/or a smile/high five before, after, or during your workout. I've been to other gyms and fitness places but this facility makes you really feel like you belong. P.S. The bucket under the water fountain..it didn't interfere with my workout...guess cause I bring my own water...and the additional equipment...Thanks for the additions...I've never had to "wait" to use a piece of equipment. Problem with the paper towel dispenser...hmm...still got my workout in and looking forward to the next time I go back! Guess it's all about perspective and the mission you're on...this is a very friendly place and a great place to workout! Thanks again Jay, Terry, and Phil!!!
