This planet fitness is the closest one to my home and normally I go in the mornings. For the past month I've been going around 4/5 pm range and have been very disappointed at the level of noise. Slamming weights, loud patrons and even staff members shouting to one another. If you're a fan of quiet work outs, go in the morning.

I am so woefully out of shape and I am just kind of restarting my "exercise journey", so to speak. I transferred my membership from Niles to the Boardman location, and I have to say that the staff in Boardman are incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean, spacious, and seem to be not lacking in anything. The Black Card Spa amenities are a really nice addition, and again are furnished with really great equipment and are the best thing for afterwards. I can't be happier with everything.

The staff does not give members the proper information. I tried to place my account on hold as I've been unable to go to PF due to health issues, I was told my account on hold but I discover this morning my fee was taken out of my account. Then when I called I was told for any changes to my membership I would have to physically come in and take care of which I don't have a problem doing but why wasn't I told this from the beginning??? I do not appreciate the staff's incompetence in the matter.

Always fast service, clean machines, check in is super easy. No real crowds yesterday either which was awesome!
