Absolutely terrible employees & customer service. Canceled membership & was still being charged. Went back in & was told by employee to block through my bank. Went back in to enroll & paid an enrollment fee then the next day it was canceled & I was in collections owing over $200? I spoke with the manager & she told me I was screwed & that only owners could do something. She refuses to have them contact me & started avoiding my calls.Reply to 24/7 comment: Publicly accusing a customer of fraud is a pretty serious accusation, especially when your facts aren’t straight in your reply. I had membership since the Yuma location opened, not for “6 months”. I was contacted by management once & the rest of the times I had to call in & was told different things & sent emails just to get no replies.
