This 1 star is only for one instance but in this case it is warranted and needs to be addressed. We have been members for over a year with ZERO issues or complaints with staff or establishment, until now. My wife, children, and I are on a new schedule now for working out based on Covid restrictions and other things. This new schedule puts us using daycare and working out from 11-1ish. (COMPLAINT) During this timeframe there is a Workout support group Class going on for a block period. During this block period they are occupying 1/4 of the gym and an entire workout active training apparatus. They make no attempt to allow individuals, who also pay, to use this equipment or make arrangements to share. I have discussed this with the front desk and many other patrons who also understand and/or find this unacceptable. If they intend to run a “Private, segregated, support group” they NEED private equipment in order to avoid interfering with all other paying gym patrons. Please fix this -thanks-

Charged me a daycare fee while the daycare is closed during COVID. During the time the gym was closed I had fraud on my account which caused me to get issued a new one. This resulted in the monthly charges to not go through for May. I was told that in order to refund the child care charge they would have to charge me a $20 late fee for the payment not going through(which I cleared up on the spot). Zero understanding and Zero professionalism. They should not be charging a fee for something that's closed.

I've been going here for two weeks now and i love it! The staff is really friendly and the equipment is fairly new. I have my 6 year old and 6 month old in child care here and they both love it. The classes are great too.

WOW! I love the new management! Chris is doing an amazing job. I never seen their social media accounts be so active. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Love this gym!

My only complaint with this gym, is that trainers will do training sessions with a group and do circuits that take up so much equipment and equipment they’re not even using. I understand people want to do classes but there needs to be a designated room for it especially when most of the circuit doesn’t even use the equipment it’s blocking. Most of us are on time constraints and this isn’t fair that we have to compromise our workouts and what we pay to use because these trainers want to do these circuits . That’s like having 25 Zumba people out here in the main area .and because of how poorly this has been handled I gave it three stars. There’s been so many complaints and people talking to management about this issue and nothing changes.

First ..very clean. Price is great and the whole gym is awesome. Even on very busy times, never had to wait around. One downfall, could use a couple fans down by the free weights. And d of course the staff is very friendly. ☺️

This gym is modern, clean, and has the best bunch of employees! Everyone working there is so friendly and polite. I love the childcare facility. So convenient to have the kids entertained and looked after so we can work out!

The manager is rude and belittling. I was trying to ask about prices and classes. He snapped back his answer when it came to pricing. When I asked him some questions about a couple of the classes. He treated me like I was dumb.The gym is nice but the manager is terrible and the other staff behind the desk spend a lot of time on their cell phones.1/2020 Update, new manager.3/10/2020 The class room now has spinner bikes. The room is usually crowded. It appears they are going to be either adding more classes or just have spinner classes. Either that or the the new management is clueless about how the entire room is used during classes. Numerous time I have seen people look into the and leave and mumble saying it is too full.6/29/2020With the increase of the virus spreading it is hard to believe that the staff here do not wear mask.

I went to this gym for a few months. The day care was great, the facility was clean, the equipment was phenomenal; however, I can’t say the same about the staff. I have heard that there is new staff but with recent comments I can tell the management hasn’t done well with finding professional individuals. I quit this gym because the staff was not welcoming and they made me feel uncomfortable. They would stare, whisper, and sometimes I would hear them say unprofessional things about customers. I could only imagine what they would say behind closed doors. Never have I been to such a unprofessional gym. This gym would definitely be 5 star if the management could find someone that could run the front desk with the customer service that customers deserve.
