Went to this gym because I was in the area and came out with a good workout. My only complaint is that it's really humid inside. I don't know why.

Poor sanitation. Equipment is not routinely cleaned, and the floors are dirty. I've noticed a tic tac on the floor in the same place for over a week. The exercise mats are so dirty when I wipe them down after using the paper towel is black.

So far nice website presentation...no REAL information tho on what they offer, just their locations. I was hoping to find info on some yoga classes but nothing available no pricing nothing. Odd.

***2nd review after response from owner who did nothing but send me to the same rude unprofessional manager Reagan who in the end send my account collections DO NOT COME HERE GO TO OLANET FITNESSSSSSS***Terrible establishment! I signed up for a membership on the 28th of august and got covid shortly after… i was very sick and still not ok to workout… i never even went once. My card was still charged then when i contacted them to see if theyd refund or honor the 2 months when i was ok to return, they straight told me no and that since i didnt cancel in time i was gonna be sent to collections for this month?!?!mind you it took the manager reagan weeks to respond… I originally wanted a week pass and they never honored it … forcimg me to get a membership… When i was sick with covid the last thing on my mind was that more focused on surviving! What a sad establishment.. go across the freeway to planet fitness!Response from the owner2 weeks agoLyndsey, Sorry to hear you got ill. We make it very easy for our members to freeze or cancel in various ways as explained when you first signed up. That was not done and therefore your membership was charged as per your membership agreement. BEWARE: 30 Day notice required for cancelation. This basically means you might pay for a month you cannot use.Original review;Great gym. Great equipment. A little busy at times but I've never waited more than a few minutes for a station I need. Pretty disappointing the child care area has several hours during the day they are closed and they close early. Doesn't make a lot of sense. Also the massage bed has been broken several times or quits working in the middle of a session.
