I called in regarding prices for a monthly membership. I was placed on hold for 30 mins and never helped. Their voicemail states to go to online website for pricing however there is actually no information provided hence why I called in. Apparently this place doesn’t care too much about customer service as it seems in other reviews, other potential customers went through this same thing. Extremely disappointed.

Extremely clean gym! Equipment perfectly place in the right places!! (Dont go switching the gym around like most do) One thing I like about this gym is you will find really fit, medium fit and out of shape people WHICH DOESNT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE AN OUTCAST! Most first time goers won't attend because the members discourage them due to outward appearance, so they never start their fitness journey! BUT IN THIS GYM YOU WILL NOT BE EMBARRASSED BECAUSE THERE ARE BEGINNERS, ADVANCE REAL LIFE HUMANS TRYING TO REACH THEIR BODY GOALS! WE GOT GORDITOS, AND GORDITAS CHANGING ONE DAY AT A TIME! SO I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM! I ACTUALLY WANT TO GET HIRED HERE PART TIME JK.THIS IS A PRO MILITARY, COLLEGE STUDENT AND FEDERAL GYM!! BRITISH ACCENT BROTHER VERY HELPFUL!!!

This is the best fitness gym. All new, it is large enough there is never a wait time for a machine. The staff are friendly and helpful.

What a terrible GM Michael Martinez, kept wanting to talk about a $20 fee for a key fob when it was a completely moot point after discussing it with my insurance. They've been charging a $20 fee to multiple people with my insurance. Avoid since they don't know they're corporate policies.

Solid equipment, knowledgeable and courteous staff, clean environment.Tanning and hydro massage bed and classes are a great bonus. Enjoy the general atmosphere of the facility.

Although the facility is nice with good airflow and new machines, I can't say the same about the staff and management. I came in to sign up on 6/25 and the staff member told me she'd give me a good deal by taking $20 off the enrollment fee, charging me only $40. Little did I know that on 6/26 they had a promotion charging only $4 for enrollment. She said nothing when I asked about what deals they have going on. The manager was there that day so this was not a matter of being uninformed but rather intentionally wringing the most out of customers. I literally paid 10x's more for enrollment because I'm 1 day too early? Worst of all, they deleted my comment about this on their FB post. Is this the U.S. or North Korea? I will not be silenced.

Good gym and very clean. Lots of machines for working out, even though when the gym it's full it has enough space that it doesn't feel crowded. Has a day care guys! Big cardio section and aerobic room for classes. If you sing for the premium, you get water massage table, classes, tanning room, and IR skin "health" conditioning room included. The price it's not crazy either. Wish they had some sports like basketball and racket ball courts could be a good addition. Maybe in the future.

Friendly staff and sate of the art equipment. The gym can be crowded at peak times, and being the only top notch facility in the foothills it can get busy with winter visitors. That being said, I've never waited to use a piece of equipment for longer than just a couple moments. If you are looking to work with a personal trainer, I highly recommend Aaron. Aaron is knowledgeable, inspirational and keeps you motivated to succeed! Overall awesome experience at Get Git and with Aaron.

I spent 3 months at this gym (3-4 days a wk) during my winter stay. Found staff very helpful and friendly, and gym/equipment always clean. The members using the gym were mostly friendly, and seemed to be enjoying their time spent on all the top notch equipment, or the classes that were offered.My biggest enjoyment was training with Aaron O'Leary!! Great young man and trainer. Found Aaron very knowledgeable, he spent time putting together a variety of challenging weekly workout programs aimed for my personal goals.
