Physical-Mental Therapy Sessions!!! or Shock Bag-holder Therapy!I've trained with Team Chip Taekwondo when I was in middle school to learn self-defense and confidence. After high school and life events I'm back about 15 years later, now Team Chip Martial Arts to get back into shape and for my oldest son to learn self-defense and confidence.Oh my gosh, the curriculum has expanded to include BJJ through Pedro Sauer, parkour, leadership team training, dedicated weapons class, and keeping a traditional martial arts feel.The instructor staff are knowledge and ready to help individuals of all levels of physical and skill grow.
