My whole family trains here! Great family environment where you feel welcome. People of any age, or any level of athleticism can train safely due to the professional staff. Many friendships started on the mat. People know you by name and really do care about you.

I’ve been going to Team Chip for almost 13 years and it has been a wonderful life changing experience! Not only do I get a great work out but have made friends. And we have the best instructors. Highly recommend!

My son, Ryder, has been training at Team Chip for almost a year. When l first started taking him he was unsure of himself, shy and he hadn’t really found many activities that he wanted to be a part of. He has always made good grades, but he tended to be a little too “social” when he was expected to be quiet. He would squirm and fidget when he was expected to be still. He didn’t want to go at first...he would hide his face in my leg and want to hang on to me. They had a hard time getting him to speak out and be loud and he didn’t really want to bow! Now he begs me to go to class! He walks in confidently and I’ve seen his focus improve tremendously. He has found a place where he fits in and has set huge goals for himself. His principal at school told me last week what a polite kid he is, and that he always walks right in in the mornings and looks adults in the eye and shakes their hand and speaks to them. This is huge for Ryder! In a world where raising boys can be a little scary I’m sure glad we found Team Chip!!

I love this place. My kids and I have been training at Team Chip 10+ years and are all better people because of it. Family friendly environment, intense workouts, exceptional instructors. Worth every penny!
