The $30 a month I get to use a shower anywhere in the country. The guys at this Planet Fitness or fantastic! I couldn't recommend them more highly

The Montrose location is great! It's never overcrowded, the machines I like are usually available and the hydro chair is a must!

Wish they maintained equipment a bit better. Things get wobbly or worn and not fixed. It is cleaned regularly and members are generally respectful.

Not huge but great layout. Different exercise areas were separated and clean. Super friendly staff. Locker room was on smaller size was only drawback.

Very clean. Nice Equipment. Less cramped than some other PFs can be and the morning staff are on top of it. Really nice shower and locker facilities.

Decent gym, you get what you get for $10 a month. Weight selection (barbells and dumbbells) could be a lot larger. Plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and other cardio machines. Strict mask policy and social distancing currently for Covid!

The staff is much more friendly and helpful than any other local gym I have ever been too. I have lost about 25lbs so far thanks to planet fitness. Thank you all!

Very good! Staff here is excellent! One of the busier planet fitness’s I’ve been too but not too bad at the hours I go.

The manager was very rude an un compassionate. When the pandemic hit I lost my job and noticed I still being billed from planet fitness . I called and went to the fairlawn location and they were closed. I called corporate no answer. I finally find out that they sent me to collections when they were not even open. I attempted to speak with the manager and she basically said oh well. How can this even be legal to charge for services that aren’t being rendered or used? Very unprofessional and just sad that planet fitness would take advantage of people during a pandemic an circumstances that are out of a person’s control! Very unethical!

All they do is Judge and Criticize here; every time but a handful I’ve had an employee criticize me. It feels like harassment when after you’re done completing a set on free weights or any machine, god forbid you take a minute to breathe without a mask in between sets, an employee will come over to tell you to put a mask on if you’re not actively exercising. NO OTHER PLANET FITNESS DOES THIS BUT THIS LOCATION. I ALWAYS have a mask on in between machines/exercise locations. Your policies are 100% inconsistent with all the other locations in the surrounding areas from Brunswick to Wadsworth where I’ve never had a problem. This place makes you not want to come back, today I overheard the staff communicating their managers/owners coming in for a survey of some sort, I happen to walk past them on the way out and wanted to speak with them so bad but figured it would fall on deaf ears so took the time to write this review instead so everyone can see or contribute if they’ve had the same experience here as I have. I rather drive the farther distance to a different location for a better experience. Last thing I want to do is feel like I’m being harassed after a full day of work when the intentions of going to a gym are for health reasons and enjoyment, not to be bothered by mask police when you have other patrons in your facility that are given special treatment or walking from location to location with no mask and nothing is said to them. Be more clear in your communication to your customers and consistent with your neighboring locations that always seem to be more busy than you, I wonder why...your location to me is not the issue.
