The managers are exceptionally rude and seem to be on a power trip. I’ve been to many planet fitnesses due to traveling for work and have never had a problem until I visited the one in Copley. Would not recommend.

overall subpar experience. Not many people wore masks while working out so I tried to end my membership when I came back to college this semester so I can work out at my school rec where people are required to wear masks. When canceling my membership, they make you sign a paper in person but I am now 12 hours away from my gym. They give you the option to mail in a cancelation form but it will be past the deadline so I will have to pay for a month when I wont even be in town. Not very user friendly nor helpful.

JAMES AT THE FRONT DESK WAS UNHELPFUL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I went in to cancel my membership and told me absolutely not because this wasn't my home location since I moved and I'm in this area now. Instead of telling me I could transfer my home location online, he told me I had to go back to the old one and that was the only way. When I called my actual home location then guy over the phone was helpful enough to tell me how to change my home location instead of just blowing me off like James did and telling me there was no way he could do it for me. I've never left a business so mad in my life especially one that is taking my money. Absolutely the worst customer service I've seen in a while.

By far the best Planet Fitness I've been to, very clean, newer equipment and the staff is great. The only reason only have 4 stars was because it was hard to get on free weight equipment without a wait but that could be due to following Covid-19 protocols.

The employees are so friendly and helpful and fun. They make you feel welcome and always greet you with a smile. The place is always clean and they are cleaning constantly. Great place to come workout.

The Copley Ohio location is outstanding. It's a clean facility with a very friendly staff. It has a wide assortment of machines and the music is great, played at the perfect volume. They also handled the Covid situation very well. I recently upgraded to the 'black card' membership and am enjoying even more of their amenities.

I really do love this location and the staff are always super friendly. However, I wish they would open up later on the weekends. With my work/school schedule 7 pm is super early to not feel rushed in a workout. Also- I don’t think they’re closely monitoring how many people are coming into the gym. When I got there yesterday after work, every piece of equipment was taken and you couldn’t move 2 feet without bumping into someone.

I really love this place except being without a car makes it really hard to get there. Equipment is top on.Tanning machine, and a massage chair gotta try it.Circuit room looks greatThey keep it sanitized all areas have whatever you may need to wash down the machines.I personally can't wait to start moving my groove thing. Haha

Great experience every time I go. It is always staffed and the staff members are extremely responsive and very kind. There is quite the selection of equipment and multiples of everything so you're not waiting to use anything. High selection of free weights. I have the black card and frequently use the massage and tanning services associated with it. Highly recommend especially for the price. The location is extremely convenient and out of the major traffic on rt 18 which is also nice. 10 out of 10!!

Nice location, clean, staff is friendly, never seen it too full to get a good workout in though it can be busy at times of you like to be social.There are slow times if you like an empty gym as well.Equipment is clean and varied enough for someone who is fit and semi-creative.Bathrooms are kept up with. Plenty of parking. Good area.
