my cousin was exercising here, when three male employees watched her squat and continued to make comments about her. very unprofessional. she even asked management and managers about them, and asked if she could do something, and said they wouldn’t do anything, and questioned taking away her membership. very unprofessional as a business, and very embarrassing. i will not stand by sexual harassment.

How do you have a manager that cancels a black card membership. Those are corporate and used at any planet fitness in the united states. Your "manager" caitlyn was shown in a video cancelling a membership because a member supposedly got smart with her. She says it in the video. Also accuses the member of not picking up paper towels with no proof. Unprofessional.

Clean and very affordable, but dumbbells only go up to 60lbs and there are no barbells. Also there is an annoying alarm if you drop the weights. Friendly staff though and good cardio equipment

I have almost 2 years using the planet fitness , I have the black card and the guest is my wife, and they have all the information about her with her photo. Tonight they didn't allow to her with the other guests to use the gym. because the planet fitness manager asked the staff if the guest dose not show up his ID, it's not allow to get in , they didn't used to ask about the ID,they used to ask just about the name , the staff apologized but they have to follow up the policy which the maneger asked . Am just wondering why the maneger didnot sent an email asking the members to get the ID . Please next time send an email to the members .It's a terrible experience. Thanks.

TLDR: OK equipment, poor customer service.I am a black card member and I go to this facility more often then other PF facilities. There are decent equipments (not great) here and I’d give it 4 star for that since I have to do without some equipment I usually used in other facility like Wadsworth. I decided to add my review here because of the terrible experience I had today with one of the managers. I usually go during lunch time in work hours and so have limited time. So, I went in today as usual and there was more wait on the line to scan the card. There was one girl was typing on a keyboard and I could see manager sitting there on the side with someone and I just wished she would come and help us checkin quick as I was trying to get in and out quick. She does nothing, then I thought well I will scan on my way out so jumped into the floor to exercise. After sometime one of the girls comes to me and asks me if I scanned my card and I said, I waited and I was going to do in on my way out. She say I need to do it right away and its her manager who saw and sent her. I went and scan the card but this was none sense, if manager can keep an eye on me standing for that long she could have come checked us in .They have seen me workout there all the time. Long story short, the manager should have helped , or wait for me on my way out and they need to know their regular members (I go there all the time) so that said I see the owner responding to reviews in here, hope fully you can do something about faster checkin. May be put the scanner on the holder and let members scan their car themselves as I have seen that kind of self service in other places.Update11/5/2019: Things has improved lately. quicker check ins.

This is a nice location, clean facility, and I never have trouble getting on equipment or weights for a great workout. The trainer, Robert, was truly a gem for this site. He's highly motivating, kind, and knows how to get the best workout for his clients. So sad he's not on staff there anymore.

It use to be a nice place to work out before covid, use to be greeted every time. After the mask rule went into affect half the staff was rude if you fell into the execution rule. Most of the times I wasn't even greeted I just scanned my pass and walked by. Canceled my membership and went to join another gym.

A nice, clean new gym. However, they appear to have a model that presents a problem during check in. With a small number of staff and a limited amount of devices to check people in often times there is a wait. PF needs to put another system in place that allows better flow and customer service. Current process is not working well.

Nice clean place the workers are rude and not so nice I been going here for over a year and it seem like the workers are getting worse. Me and my husband goes to this gym he is my guest. I went outside to change my shoes the workers started yelling at him saying he had to get out because I ran out to my car. The worker said if I’m not inside the gym he can’t be inside the gym also, that sounds crazy. I will be getting names and updated this comment. Time to find a new place very bad attitude there.

I love that it's less than 3 miles from my home. It's a very nice location and a variety of workout stations and equipment. The reason I only give it 3 stars is because the staff is not being as aggressive with making sure members are held accountable for cleaning equipment after use. That is the reason that I only use the treadmill or elliptical machines, I refuse to sit on anything in there. As a nurse who is working on COVID-19 units, I have seen enough death. I have been a victim of this virus as well and I DO NOT plan on becoming a victim again, nor do I want to be a carrier; that is why I thoroughly clean equipment before and after I use it as well as maintain a safe distance from others. I do want to say that the current manager is awesome!!!
