I am a dedicated OTF fan. Been a member for 15 months consistently. There's a full automated regimen. Over time you work out every muscle without thinking about it. The coaches offer valuable group encouragement and remind individuals where they are with getting a minimum satisfaction of 12 splat points in high heart rate zones. And if you workout 3x or more a week, I did for a year, you can lose big! I lost 16 lbs without thinking much about anything but showing up! 80% is showing up not competing in the boards or beating others. Just be part of the pack and win! PS The music playlists are great and the members are great. I don't see a lot of attrition. People wanna be part of OTF and attend their social events, too! The fundraising piece is inspiring. The games and monthly challenges make it fun! This year I am actually looking forward to Hell Week!

I was a member of vent fitness for a very long time and also have an entire gym in my basement which is nice for those days you can’t get out. But it wasn’t until I joined Orangetheory that I actually had my first REAL workout!!It’s great accountability and I’ve never sweat like that in any workout. I love it here. I come at least 4 times per week. I just completed my 6th workout and already people are noticing a change in my physique and I can feel it!It’s a great feeling when you know you’re doing something good for your health!I’m grateful for this place. It’s the one thing I needed to finally change my life for the better.

The attendance policy hold you accountable and I have never felt like I couldn’t do something during a workout. I have definitely suprised myself

Amazing workout and service. Donny/Dayna/Paul and Tara are great. Motivates you to wake up earlier and get a great workout.

Finally got back to working out after years and I'm loving the the whole Orange Theory theory. The staff in Albany is attentive and helpful and the heart monitor keeps you motivated and challenged.

Was in town visiting family and Denisia (bad spelling sorry!) snuck me into a class with Tara. Everyone on staff was amazing and the class kicked my butt, over 30 splat points and almost 1k in lost calories.Thanks for taking care of this west coast kid. Hope to see you again on my next trip back.

If you want to get whipped into shape and you don't have the motivation to do it on your own this is where you need to go. Instructors are awesome and can modify any of the exercises to enable you to maximize your workout.

Excellent first workout. Staff was super friendly and explained everything. The class was split into 3 blocks. It went by sooo fast! Absolutely great workout.

The daily change in workouts is great. All of the mini-challenges are very motivating. The Coaches really do care about form and correct you on the weight room floor to ensure injuries are prevented. The whole ambiance of the studio is motivating in itself!
