What I love most about Orangetheory Fitness are the coaches, the results, the atmosphere, and the accountability. The coaches really push you and give you a great workout. The results that you see by working our 3 or more times a week are unmatched by any other gym. The atmosphere is welcoming and challenging. The price is fair and it makes you accountable to stay committed to the workout and the plan. I couldn't be happier with my health, how I look and to be apart of a great company.

One of my favorite Chinese take out places. Easy to order online with grub hub. The chowfun dish is really good.

The hour flies by and its always a guaranteed great workout. Good for people at all levels of fitness too. Tons of modifications offered as well as extra challenges to choose from. I highly recommend it!

The question is not about what I like... it's about what I LOVE about your workout! Where do I even begin!? First and foremost, the trainers learn who their clients are and provide feedback and encouragement during each workout. One of my favorite things Coach Taylor does is build up people who are within five minutes of achieving twelve splat points. She calls us out which usually prompts me to up the speed or incline to push myself further. She knows I can and at that point, I know I can, too. I also love the music. Working out on my own leaves me fumbling with slippery earbuds and skipping tracks constantly. OTF workouts take care of that for you, which I LOVE. I like, also, how each person can go at his/her own pace/speed/weight. It creates a welcoming environment in which there is no pressure to "keep up." Your own fitness goals are at the focal point of every workout and eliminates feeling inferior. I recommend OTF to anyone willing to listen! I love the way my body feels and my confidence goes through the roof, which helps me professionally and personally. Keep doing what you're doing, OTF!!

I love the fact that it's a group workout, but also individual. The group atmosphere provides the support to keep pushing through, while you can get in your own zone and compete with yourself. The trainers are amazing and the facility is clean.

I like that it is different every day and that you are always doing a combination of different exercises that target different zones/muscles of the body. After having a baby, it was really hard for me to get back into exercise despite being into physical fitness my whole life. Orangetheory and the Albany trainers gave me the motivation I needed to get back into shape and now I am in the best shape of my life. I can't say enough good things about it!

I've joined many gyms and have tried countless workout programs, but I can honestly say that OTF has been the perfect fit for me. The workouts are only one hour long but are packed with calorie burning, muscle building exercises that challenge myself to go beyond my comfort zone. And the coaches are amazing encouragers! I like that I can use the OTF app to review my workouts and monitor my progress. The real deciding factor for me is that it works! I have lost over 20 pesky pounds, I'm stronger and fitter than I've ever been, and I actually love going to the gym!
