I talked to a rep to cancel my membership. It’s been 2 months and they just keep charging and charging and charging. Froze my card off, keep racking up fees cause i’m not paying. I’m willing to pay the 30 day notice, after that you guys can smd.EDIT: they fixed my issue, thank you. Changed from 1 star to 3

Man about a year ago this gym was very clean! But now its very dirty. After the upgrade the actual gym got a little better but its so crowded. Take half the turf away and spread some stuff out and this gym would be much better. smh turf big enough to host soccer games.

I was so disappointed when the new location opened. Huge space with so much potential that has yet to be realized. You only provided one line of circuit machines now versus the variety available at the old location and at other Gold's.The men's locker room has a bizarre layout and missing a sauna like there was before.I prefer to go to Ballston, despite its own limitations. The management responses to complaints shown here are so canned, and the same issues from 1-2 years ago plus new ones show that nothing was done to address the old comments. 🥴

Needs more space for weights, devotes too much space for Marietta for cross-training. Also has pretty useless track

Closed two gyms to open this new one. So much wasted space. I was excited and hopeful that it would be an upgrade from the other two. Boy was I wrong.
