Such a shame. What was the reason for renovation and getting this new place if you made customer experience worse. Such a shame Golds Gym!!!

It misses a lot of equipment, barely have enough machines for a single workout cycle, wasted space, it is the opposite of Gold’s Gym very disappointed

Used to go to the old baileys location, which I feel like was a lot better and BIGGER, this new location is just all cramped up.. all the weightlifting equipment was just cramped up to one spot of the gym.. maybe 2-3 back machines… was super excited for the opening but boy… I probably won’t be going back unless I realllly have too.

It’s a nice place and have all equipments that everyone need to build muscles or to lose weights as well. Staff are nice and I pay roughly $60 for month to month contract, it’s a lot however it’s more convenient and close to my place.

Don't expect greeting and good customer service at Golds but no regular paper towels? Some people do sweat at gyms, they do have disinfectant wipes they probably want you to use that to wipe your seat.

Update #3: the expansion is finally complete, and now I think the gym finally lives up to it's potential. There are still some empty areas, but the additional equipment is a huge improvement. The men's bathroom sink area is still very poorly designed/layed out

Layout doesn't make any sense, it's not functional or inviting. There's ess equipment than the previous gym on Carlin Springs. Some equipment is broken/out of order. I miss the old gym.

If you like movies about future dystopian societies like the Matrix, Gattica, or Dark City you will love this place. Black walls with black floors with black ceiling with black machines with black screens 6 inches in front of your face. Like walking into a tomb or club Tech Noir looking for Sarah Conner. I lasted 30 seconds on the treadmill before I left and went to my usual bright cheery gold's in Annandale.

I’m disappointed with the new location. I was mostly excited the new gym would be bigger, which means more dumb-bells and workout equipment . However, that is not the case. They chose to invest in larger fitness rooms instead of expanding workout areas where the majority of their clients spend their visit. I felt like 70 percent of people were jammed in one corner of the gym while 80 percent of the other space was empty. Useless.
