The gym smells absolutely awful when you walk in like someone puked in the corner and nobody was there to clean it. The staff is very unfriendly and rude as can be. The equipment is all over the floors and never racked properly. I’ve talked to the guy Ari who supposedly is a manager of some sort, but he laughs it off and says he doesn’t care about any problems I bring up. I would never go to this gym again as it is the worst gym I have ever been to in my entire life.

I love this gym! It's very clean and there is a ton of equipment. I only use the cardio machines and the weight machines. I don't use free weights or anything else. I also like all the classes they offer. The service desk people are also welcoming and friendly. The locker room and the bathroom are fairly clean. There are always wipes available, which is a huge plus. I pay $50 a month for a month to month contract. I love that this gym is brand new and the equipment works pretty well! I recommend this gym !

This new gym is the worst layout- it’s like they didn’t consult anyone who had any physical fitness experience whatsoever to design it. The functional fitness area takes up 2/3 of the space and usually has 3-5 people in it. Meanwhile, the weight area is overcrowded even at off peak hours. I am not a serious lifter at all and it takes me forever to get in a decent workout because I have to constantly wait for benches and weights. The variety of group fitness classes is awful as most of the classes are now virtual with an instructor on a large screen (basically a zoom class). I’m not sure why I would even bother to come to a class like that when I could just do one at home on a screen. The 2 other group fitness rooms are for golds version of orange theory and they are charging an additional $90 per month on top of the $60 usual monthly rate. There is no sauna or steam room and lastly, the childcare room is huge and empty. I would’ve expected a huge indoor jungle gym type thing for them in that big of a space but it’s just a big room with some tables and coloring books. This gym is such a huge disappointment. I much prefer the old smaller location and am going to spend my time going to the other close by locations instead.

Great facility! Clean, well organized & spacious. Sign up was disorganized. I never got to speak to anyone about a membership. I ended up joining at a different location. Love the space & enjoy working out here.

I get a good workout, that’s all. Not very friendly staff with exception to two people, none of the members are lol, very clicky. Nonetheless, I get what I need and dip.

Good customer service. Alex has been really helpful sorting out membership stuff for me after the switch from Falls Church.

canceled my membership and they've continued to charge me for over 8 months. I've been calling them and they never pick up no matter what department i select on their automated menu.

Members don’t really work out. Just lounge on equipment.

Do not sign up for this gym, the gym itself is fine but they have horrendous customer service. They will continuously charge you without any communication and not reply to any emails. I’ve been charged a total of $67 now almost weekly for a month now even though since July I’ve paid for all my monthly membership fees going all the way until December. They clearly saw my email but chose not to reply seeing as they did refund me for just one of the $20 charges but made zero efforts at communication. I’ve attached all the receipts. I will have to go in person to cancel my membership seeing as they ignore other attempts and I’m sure there’ll be several hoops to jump through. Listen to the several reviews including recent ones that criticize this bad business, with other Gold Gym’s they’ve been much more professional.
