avoid this place at all cost. Honestly go to other golds gyms, if you want to try the three day pass you will be mistreated. the memebership advisor is a not professional, management sits and chill doing basically nothing to improve your experience! scam!!!!

Worst customer service. They don't respond to customer requests. I have applied for cancellation due to personal conditions, however they replied me 1 month ago they will cancel my membership. Still I am paying monthly subscription, they haven't canceled yet. I am totally frustrated with them.

Excellent equipment for every body part. I'm a professional bodybuilder and can def get a great workout here, and it was super clean as well. Highly recommend this place!

Gym equipment is good, but the smell in there is awful. I have been three times and each time it smelled like a sewer...not sure what the problem is at this location.

The team at Baileys Crossroads is on it. Staff is friendly, professional and know their thing. The facility is clean and the equipment in great shape. Fellow members that go to this location are respectful of space; go do their thing and go. For the most part weights are put back and everyone is sanitizing things left and right. I like this location lots.

Management is very discourteous to the members. They just cancel the advanced step class without even informing the regular members who attend the class. The instructor-Jeff is an excellent instructor. The Mgnt does not know how to take care of their good class instructors. Gold's gym can't maintain the good ones. Too bad!

Unprofessional staff, no member retention at allthis location is poorly managed. If your going to spend the money sign up at a more updated location and only use this location in a pinchAfter problems I processed a cancellation request, but kept getting billed and threats of further action even though I was no longer a member and had canceled my membership thisCompany has shady billing practices, if you contact the manager good luck I got the samecopy and paste email twice, again no interest in resolving problems and retaining members.

I was a member here for about a year when I lived in the Shirlington area. I would visit the gym regularly throughout the work week from about 5am-6am. I was extremely pleased with the staff, and the general crowd during that time. The gym wasn’t huge compared to some others, but it was exactly what I needed and not much more. I now belong to a different gym brand that gets packed even at 5am, even for its massive size, so I miss this gym very much.
