I enjoy this location of OTF- it’s convenient to my house and the coaches do a good job. All are super upbeat and friendly! Bathrooms and lobby are clean. Classes are easy to get into and there is a good amount of natural light in the studio. Putting my membership on hold was no problem. OTF, as a workout program, is fairly boring and repetitive, which is why I’ve cancelled my membership. However, I appreciate the treadmill element, which I would never do on my own.You will be asked to buy a heart rate monitor. It is not necessary to work out, but it might be nice to see your name on the screen. I have an Apple Watch and just use that.I paid $109 for 8 workouts/mo, and $159 for unlimited. You do need a long lead time to cancel, so plan accordingly.

Have been coming here for over a year - love the teachers and classes. I am VERY disappointed with billing issues during COVID times. This is not in regard to quality of the classes but rather in regard to billing during COVID. I had unlimited membership and in March 2020 was billed for the month when 2-3 days later studio shutdown. I was promised that I would have this month when things reopened. In June 2020 when studio reopened, was given option to put membership on hold which I did, as a healthcare provider I did not think it was appropriate to be patient 0 at OTF for spreading COVID (as I have been caring for COVID patients). Fast forward to Sept 2020, I was billed again for my monthly fee without any acknowledgement or communication from the studio. The credit card that they had on file for me was lost so thankfully I was not charged. Here we are now in Nov 2020 and they are insisting that I pay for the missed charge and that the only way I can avoid this is by buying more classes. I am disappointed with how this has been handled.1) Communication was lackluster and I never approved them to start charging me again2) They did not honor their word of giving me an extra month from March 2020 when I had already paid3) They are forcing me to buy something and backing me into a wall when I am doing what I feel is best in these unprecedented times.
