The staff members Samson and Chloe are super friendly and so helpful. I even had a pretty long conversation with them after my workout! It’s refreshing being able to go to a local gym and staff be welcoming all around and just overall friendly.

Very nice place to workout and most affordable place in the area. The place has plenty of aerobic machines and plenty of weights rooms. The place is clean and the staff is super courteous.

We have enjoyed our membership, the equipment provided is diverse and in great condition but lately the staff has become lethargic. In the early morning, some of sit on the couch meant for customers waiting for spa equipment and pay little attention to members. No one enjoys the late shift but the optics are not good. We also have concerns with the cleanliness of the spa equipment. It doesn’t seem like there is any cleaning between uses. If member cleaning is the only method, then more cleaning supplies need to be provided. A spray and paper towels is not enough.

I love planet fitness on telegraph Road. A couple years ago I belong to the planet fitness on Huntington and it wasn’t as clean and not as bad. I prefer to go to the gym later in the evening and there’s nobody there. I also love that if you get the black card membership you get a 10 minute mat daddy chair massage for free. You just sign up after your work out on a computer at the front desk and the chair is unbelievable. It reclines all the way back and massage your entire body. The people at the front desk at this gym are super kind and friendly. I also like that I don’t have a personal trainer coming up to me every couple seconds asking me questions or giving me tips. I like my privacy at a gym so I can work by myself and I get it here!

It is super frustrating that despite the many signs saying “no personal training” that a woman is allowed to run a training business out of this club. She is not wearing PF gear so I assume she is a private trainer. She has multiple clients every week day morning from 9am-12, and they monopolize the machines and equipment in the back corner. I am surprised PF would allow someone to profit off of their facility.A week later: no response from the club, and woman is still running her training business. Why is this allowed to take place?
