My husband and I have been going to this Planet Fitness (Hayfield) since March 2021. My husband usually goes to Gold’s Gym, but has been working out with me, using the buddy pass, which we love. We are completely impressed with the layout and cleanliness of this location. Working out during the pandemic was risky and stressful at first, but the cleanliness of this gym put our minds at ease. We love the fact that there are individual spray bottles available at all times, the paper towel dispensers are always full, and there is hand sanitizer available throughout the gym. The bathrooms are kept in pristine condition and there is always hand soap available. We have been to three other Planet Fitness’ in the area, and this is our favorite one because of the layout, cleanliness, and staff. Our only complaint is that it is not open 24/7 – the only reason why we have to workout at other gyms on Friday and Saturday evenings.The staff is always friendly and professional, especially Julian and Sheila. We always see these two in an excellent mood and they stay busy working – greeting members, cleaning, dumping trash, checking the floors, wiping down the spray bottles, etc. They have excellent customer service skills and really deserve to be recognized for it.

Can’t use equipment because people sit on their phones for at least 20 minutes on every machine. Staff does nothing about it.

I've been to PF all over the country and have to say they live up to their ideals. The Hayfield Shopping Center location is perfect for what I need. Its big and never jam packed when I go between 9:30-10:30am. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the people that frequent this location are really good about cleaning the equipment when they're done.
