Great location and lots of equipment! Unfortunately, management is not doing a good job on maintaining equipment and providing cleaning station supplies. I’ve reported multiple time the treadmills are not balanced properly and one rowing machine is broken (leaking water). It has been 4 + months and the reported issues are still not fixed. Also this location doesn’t have enough cleaning stations (recommend 3 more for the workout room area). The cleaning paper towels are out of stock and spray bottles broken.

Great gym, always clean, all kind of training machines are there. The monthly membership is only $10 which is great compared to other gyms. The poeple on desk are so friendly and they always greet me when I come to the gym. Highly recommended fitness place and some days they open 24 hours which is great. Thank you planet fitness.

Planet Fitness is more than a judgement free zone. I have had the privilege to work for Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and what I can say is Planet Fitness CCMO is my family. Staff was friendly, helpful, informative and professional..Facility was clean and I love how they have individual bottles to wipe down equipment when you finish .. then they wipe down the bottle.

This place by far is THE BEST PLANET FITNESS EVER. no sure why someone would write a poor review about this place. reasonable price, extremely clean, friendly and awesome stuff.. bit crowded during 5-7pm. few recommendation, maybe only allow limited guests per member, specially during busy hours, and maybe have posters "one machine at a time", "no more than 5 minutes per machine"

TONS of cardio equipment and with the app (which you need to sign in anyway) you can check to see how crowded it is in advance! So helpful! My only gripe is that PF doesn't do organized group classes like barre or yoga, but there is so much equipment, weights, etc to use that you don't have an excuse to not get your workout in! 👍The staff at the Alexandria (Kingstowne) location are funny and friendly if you need anything!
