NOMADS - Large parking lot with plenty of parking. Maybe it is busier during the weekday, but from what I can see on this Sunday any size rig would fit. Most importantly the facilities were clean, staff were professional and actually cleaning things and providing good customer service, and finally the showers were HOT! I would definitely recommend this place for a nomad.

Can't live without this place. Massaging is great too.

The cleanliness, the management, the environment and the staff for Planet Fitness in Hayfield SC), VA. The staff are very friendly and very polite and they have awesome customer service. All equipment are new and sanitized randomly and cleaned periodically by assigned personnel. Very well organized considering CDC guidelines to control spread of COVID-19. Numerous sanitization stations are available throughout the facility so that members could easily without any interruption use to wipe out the equipment they are using. I love it and would highly recommend who is reading my comments and review regarding this station. I would suggest if few coaches or trainers should be available in the club to assist those who don't know how to start and what to do to avoid harming themselves wrongly use any equipment. Lazy employees don’t enforce rules against inconsiderate gym-goers.

They need to make sure everyone wears a mask while exercising or I'm going to cancel my membership

This is my home location and the staff I’m familiar with normally checks me in using my phone number. However today, an unfamiliar woman says she couldn’t check me in without the app. She wasn’t helpful at all as I didn’t know of the policy change since they always check me in. My issue is not having enough storage on my phone for the app. Totally personal. So if you don’t have enough storage on your phone, don’t plan on coming here. Or if you don’t want to run into someone you have to wasah about and waste your damn time because someone doesn’t take 10 seconds to type in your phone number!!!

Clean, neat, attentive staff. Great product for the price

Staff is friendly and equipment is very sanitary, but the membership is not worth that much if you can only use half of the equipment. I understand that there’s social distancing going on but if other planet fitness clubs have their equipment available for use why doesn’t this one. I’m just not getting the quality I’m paying for when I come this specific location. I also have a black card membership but was charged wrongly for a drink but didn’t see until after the transaction. The only other complaint I have are the hours. Why do they only stay open until 9pm on Friday and 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. That’s when most people don’t work so it would be when most people can go. Other planet fitness clubs are open for 24/7 but this one is sadly not.
