Just called here to get some information about their classes.When I spoke to sales, or whoever this guy was, he refused to tell me the closing time, instead, he kept asking my name. I asked him one more time about closing and asked him if he even knew. He said "I don't know you..." What is this? Your private house? Or was this guy just losing his marbles?Needless to say, they just missed out on $600+ worth of Memberships! LOL how do you NOT want money?

I just joined this gym after moving into the area and I couldn't be happier! The staff is phenomenal, especially the front desk staff, the facility is clean, the class schedule is extensive, and the facility offers everything I was looking for in a gym.

Sales staff is rude and aggressive. The man who called me, who goes by the name of O, couldn’t describe the location of the gym and when I finally figured out it was outside the beltway and not in a convenient location for me, he got hostile and yelled at me over the phone “You know what! Maybe you had just better go find another gym!”

This gym is a trap for your money.You have to pay $100 with a month in advance as a notice even if you want to cancel due moving from the area. To cancel the so called membership is way much expensive and hard than to become a member and vise versa.If it was possible i would not even give them 1 star .Never go to this gym you will regret it.

Terrible service from the self proclaim director, Robert. He was hostile and aggressive with no discipline in customer service. The gym owner sided with Robert with no investigation. Results gym have had several name changes in the past. One was Gold's gym, I assume they received too many complaints in regards to service. There are plenty of gyms with better customer service to choose from in the area.

This is an absolutely wretched gym! Horrible business practices when trying to cancel and they will not call you back and still charge your credit card even when you have cancelled your account. They force you to come into the gym to cancel (which is still only a request so you have to hunt them down 2 weeks later or they just don't respond), and forget being able to do so when on travel because you have to go in despite what their contract says. They will still charge your card even when you have revoked their authority to do so in writing and they refuse to call you back. You have to try and hunt them down and good luck getting anyone. If you value your money and/or sanity DO NOT GO HERE, FIND ANOTHER GYM!

This really is the best fitness center for the $$ and is a lot like the higher end fitness clubs. Great variety of classes, good client diversity, the gym equipment is well stocked and the space is open making it comfortable to do your workouts. Although I never used the pool, it always looked clean etc. I feel like I get a lot for my money.

I recommend Results Gym for all types of fitness goals. It has the components starting with an owner that understand the fitness industry and have compassion for the business. The General Manager, Bob Shepard and Manager, Erika Nelson along with an awesome workforce creates the quality I experience every time I am there. Customer service starts with pleasant greetings I receive when entering and leaving, the reassurance of working equipment and quick repairs because of their own Maintenance Personnel, the confidence of a clean environment with their very own house keeping workforce. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I walk into Results because of the amount of equipment including an indoor pool that is seventy percent sea salt water and outdoor workout space. Without a doubt, in my opinion, Results is the most complete workout facility in the DMV, which is why I have been a member for 10 years.
