This gym has everything you could want for advanced strength training and overall fitness. Christie at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly too.

I am here 5 days a week! The staff is always welcoming and their classes are beast mode. They have it all, whatever your level they will find you the right workout for you.

Best pool and gym in the area: salt water pool, private showers and changing area, bathing suit dryer. Also has a private workout area for women. Great hours. I love it.

Was originally member of Golds gym.Had freeze on membership while out of area. No notice of gym name change and then arbitrary fees added to membership when returning. Dishonest. Beware.

They push you to get a personal trainer which costs HUNDREDS $$$, they insist on giving you free training for 3 days, after that the want you to pay close to $900/WK for training..Don't even bother to freeze your account for "$5" like i did, they will continue taking the monthly payment out of your account even if you "froze it".I was going to have surgery so i went to freeze my account, they charged me $5 and told me that i was "all set"Next month...they took $30 of my accountA month later guess what?? Yes, another $30 outSo what's the point of "freezing" the account?This is ridiculous!

This is the Best Gym Around Arlington and Alexandria, The equipments, Cleanliness and the Customer Service is Perfect, The Manager Mr.Bob is a Perfect , Helpful and Very Responsible person, i moved to Woodbridge and the only thing i miss in Alexandria is This Gym.

Large and well-equipped gym. There is a ladies only area that I like using sometimes, particularly when the gym is crowded. The locker room (and the rest of the gym) is always very clean, and the staff is friendly.

Shady gym membership techniques. I was a member of gold’s gym before the transformation into results fitness and would use this gym on occasion. Prior to me arriving to this location I was told my membership would be honored. However; once I arrived to the gym, I was told they would no longer honor my gold’s membership and was directed to the sales team. Smh!!!
