Results is the only gym I've found in the entire Alexandria area with such a large diversity of equipment to suit my needs. If you are looking for a gym with all the equipment you could possibly need that is clean and reliable with responsive staff and management, come here.

The best gym in the area. I can’t describe how amazing this gym is and its stuff is very high quialified.The zumba classes are amazing. There is not words to describe the motivation I got from the 360 and bodypump trainners. They are so passionate and good on what they do that you would never want to go to a different gym. Thank you all for the valuable knowledge you all shared with me.

I've been a gym rat for over 40 years and this is by far the best maintained gym I've attended in all that time. The indoor pool offers a relaxing aqua aerobic environment for laps or water Zumba. The hot tub and sauna are amazing stress relievers after a stressful day or a strenuous workout. The gym floor features state of the art strength training and cardio conditioning equipment. Even the pickiest of athletes has multiple choices for achieving their training results with multiple machines for each muscle group. The studios also feature incredible trainers with a variety of conditioning programs for spinners, pilates, Zumba and other specialized programs for every age group. I have been a member for over 13 years and I have never been disappointed by the management or staff.

The gym is very large and has almost every type of fitness equipment you could need. It is almost never crowded and with the large selection of equipment I never have to wait for something to open up. I find the staff to be friendly and the place very clean.

Best Facility and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have known Pleasant Lewis since he started his Iron Works Gym in Alexandria, VA many years ago. His dedication to fitness and a healthy way of living is superb. Bob Shepherd runs a "well oiled machine". The equipment and staff are the best in the area and the salt water pool is a PLUS

Ever since they’ve switched from Golds the employees have been incredibly rude.I originally got this memebership because I’m in the military and Golds has a traveling pass so when I go home I can go to the Golds there. Now that they have changed the name and broke everything off with Golds I won’t be able to do that. With them switching names I wasn’t offered a different or lower contract or even notified that they were changing the gym name in the first place. I found out when they tried switching my key card and when I asked to speak to a membership personnel he said he had just found out the week prior. He couldn’t answer any of my questions. I have to wait to speak to the general manager since no one else knows what’s going on.So now that I’m thinking of switching gyms to another Golds. I mentioned it to the front desk personnel and one was incredibly rude. He was throwing side comments out when I was trying to speak to another employee. Just that alone really aggravated me.My original reason for wanting to switch gyms is the price is too much but now it’s also the fact that their customer service has gone down hill.

Great gym, don't believe the one bad review. This place has been the top gym in the area for a long time. Changed from Golds but still the same great set up. Has the best variety of equipment and classes I've encountered and state of the art facility.

This was a Gold's Gym until October 2017. Everything seems the same and the transition was very smooth. I like this gym, it's large, convenient and has a lovely pool/spa/sauna area. The locker rooms have been recently renovated, and most of the dozens of exercise classes are free.

This used to be a Gold's Gym that provided the benefit of being able to travel and visit other gyms, which is why I joined in the first place because I travel a lot. They changed their structure to a non-chain, no problem but it should probably drop the rate a little since it's now the only gym you can go to. But while they were making the change, I moved a decent distance away and now they won't let you cancel without coming into the gym (the new once location). Do whatever your want with your business, thats fine but once you do you should not make it difficult for members to cancel due to your changes. The best part, the staff is very rude about it too.

I am so so sooooo pleased with Results Fitness. Without posting a long winded review. I will touch on some highlights of the gym. Not only is it affordable, with numerous workout classes, (no joke look online) they have equipment for all your needs. I love how clean the facility is (including bathrooms, showers, equipment, etc ) I love the location. The employees are VERY polite and helpful, over the phone and in person. I appreciate how ALL of the front desk staff says, Hello, and goodbye, making eye contact and not on their phones. They have a willingness to help. Including the staff around the gym. It is the little things like, putting a key holder up for keys, disinfecting spray, employees while working around the gym still smile. I absolutely HATED Equinox. The employees were always bothered by you asking questions, their manners reflected badly on the club, and it was horrendously expensive. Really happy with this club overall.
